I'm waiting for a new Accupoint to be shipped to me now. Last one was beeping randomly since receiving it new. I've seen many video of this pinpointer working well so hoping the new one is okay.

No one really knows how to use the 1.14 Beast Mode correctly, there's a video coming soon to explain how to use it, I think we should give Nokta a chance to teach us because we really don't understand it properly. I'm confident it will all work out! 😊

I bought 2 Nokta Accupoint pinpointers because I saw so many good reviews on it. I found that I had the same issues with mine and I wasn't impressed with the depth so I sold the one I hadn't used and use the other as a backup.

Exactly, I get the exercise, the metal detecting makes in interesting. The challenge of improving metal detecting skills makes it even more interesting. I can’t convince myself to go out and walk for a couple of hours. I can’t wait to get out there to see if I can beat the ground. Win, lose or draw, I got the exercise and enjoyed it.

Just a question. What sensitive have you set it on, if your running over 7 it will false on you. And when it starts to false ground balance by holding it to the ground and quickly hit the power button. I have the same issues until I figured it out.

Most the time it was on it's default, 7. It still did it for me on 5. I stopped using it. I'm loving my MI-4. Simple, straight to the point (target). No extra/random beeping. I've had 3 and they all do it to some degree.

And I very much love the XP Pinpointer and I can see that your energy and the Hunts are getting Better for you, but then the Iron Nails and Notka still are making them sound so good but on the Xterra Pro, I have been using the All Metal Mode and All Tone's and I know when it's Junk but I think 🤔 on the Legend it's a Single Tone for the All Metal Mode like it is on the Notka Simplex but you're doing great and Enjoy the Hunts and the Last time that I was out hunting, I found a Mercury Dime 1944 in a park that is hunted out very Heavily detected but they've done some work on a waterline about a year ago and the ground has been settling in and that's the only thing that was found the whole day that I was there.....😢..... and lucky that the Belch didn't go the other way and then your walking funny 🤣.....

Thanks another good beginner detecting vid i used to detect yrs ago we didn't have pin pointers just an idea go out some day without your xpmi4 or 6 and learn to find the signal without it. Again I'm saying I'm new to the new detectors i have the simplex and can't wait to get the legend i watched vids by pro detectors that say learn how to detect without your pin pointer it will teach you how your coil works i did it for a week and it was hard but when i took my mi4 back out it was crazy how close i was to the target with just the coil. Do you use a chest mount or a head mount I'm trying to start a channel but i got a cheap head mount and didn't like it lol... I feel your pain i went out dug for like 8 mins found a penny was so happy then walking home i seen like 4 of them and didn't pick them up lol

@bigedkc If you can, when you get to the store to buy anything else for metal detecting try out all the detectors that are in the right price range and I had the Same Simplex + , but now I have the Minelab Xterra Pro and it's really a totally different style of detectors and then the Tone's are Great on it and then I have come to find out the Simplex is only using 4 tone's to get the Targets of high, medium and low and the iron grunt and then possibly the legend is the same thing but Minelab Detector's 👍 WoW..

You really need to learn how to pin point with your detector you always blame your pin pointer I'm just getting back into detecting and I'm gonna start videos but my god you depend way to much on your pin pointer and it gives me hope that of people watch your vids they will watch mine because i don't need half hour to find s dime I'm not a hater but you should have started with a beginner detecter the legend needs time to learn. Sorry I'm not hating. Back away from your pin pointer learn to pin point with the coil i suggest you go to. Pay streak super freak and watch his legend vids it will help

The camera on your head is a huge huge huge improvement Jason. Chest mount is worst place place for a camera while metal detecting on the ground.

My pinpointer is a crucial tool. If we did not have pinpointers in this hobby, I would have a knitting channel called KNITFLIX. I would have the fastest paced videos of me tying some fucking huge knots in yarn. lol. Keep hunting around that gazebo and you will find lots of jewelry there. Thanks for the video Jason!!

Great video Jason!! Metal detecting is a skill that is refined and mastered with experience. You are doing great after only 6 months of detecting experience. Metal detecting is difficult to start with, making videos while metal detecting is way fucking harder than it looks. You keep making videos and don't let anybody get you down Jason. I started making videos after 25 years of metal detecting experience, having to manage a camera while metal detecting brings the level of difficulty to the extremes. Keep making videos, and we will keep watching them.

The ground in my are has been flooded for almost 2 weeks. Today it was sunny, I hunted with Walter and it was very muddy. Yesterday it was sunny and I was hunting with Jim, It was flooded everywhere we went. For the next week we got rain forecasted every day, back to flooded parks for the next 10 days.

I always use 6 tone, ...I use the mi4, and had that happen in a park, ,I think It just needs setting to the ground where your at, mine usually rocks

I would love to help you really i would you totally rely on your pin pointer I'm gonna start a channel this week i used to detect like 8 yrs ago with a crappy detector now i have the basic simplex+ and I'm gonna start a channel i feel bad for you really you have a great detecter better than mine we have the same pin pointer you rely more on your pointer than your coil I'm very new to modern detecting when i started there was no such thing as a pin pointer your working way to hard for these signals I'm sorry learn to pin point with the coil it's easy then you don't need the pin pointer as much sorry wish i could help you

Sir I'm not a hater but you are not that good at detecting you mention pay steak he is the original og in detecting. You have no idea how to pinpoint with your detector you rely way to much on your pin pointer god could come down from heaven with the golden pin pointer and you would misuse it and prob complain about it I'm nervous about making videos but I'm gonna start when our northern weather warms up you should learn how to use the pin pointer i have never seen someone swing the pinpointer as fast as you do it's not meant to be used like that dude watch your video you find the signal with the mi4 (i use that pin pointer) and you keep swinging it learn how to pin point with your coil and then use the pin pointer you look foolish learn how to use the pin pointer sorry your vids way better than mine and you are actually doing it but to be honest you motivate me to start doing vids because of your getting views and have no freaking idea how to use your detecter and your pinpointer I'm sure i can get some views that's prob why nokta won't respond to you no one uses a pinpointer like you do it's not a metal detector it's a pinpointer again I'm sorry not a hater you give me a headache watching you use that mi4 it's awesome you can't pin point with your detector give up try fishing and i bet you would complain about your bobber not working correct slow down learn to pinpoint with the coil then try the pin pointer to locate exact location I'm 62 yrs old been detecting for 5 yrs never seen anyone depend on a pinpointer as much as you do watch more vids and learn i will sub and watch your vids but try getting away from relying on your pin pointer so much the mi4 and mi6 are the best pinpointer on the r market. Slow down learn to pin point with the coil.. watch more paystreak he never blames the soil for taking 15 mins to look with the pin pointer lol

Go watch Paystreak Superfreak and you can see his opinion on the accupoint. It beeps randomly on 5 sensitivity. Can't even get it close to the legend. You can keep your accupoint. Can't wait to see YOUR videos!

They did replace it after I put out about 3 videos showing how it sucked. But the new one still does it, just not as bad. I ended up getting an MI-4 (since I don't own a Deus anything).

Glad to see you have the XP MI ??? Pinpointer and it's a totally different style of telling you where the target is and then it's more direct than what you have been using with the Garrett Carrot and then the Accupoint general direction of where the target is and then the XP really sounds great and it will take some time to get use to it and that's why I'm now jealous that you have it and I will finish the video and see what is found, 🤞🤞🤞🤞 Good Luck 🤞🤞🤞🤞..... Edit and I enjoyed this Hunt and then it's possibly the Mineral in the ground that is setting off the other pinpointers and then you may have more than one Coin in the holes and I will always take the Xterra Pro and swing over it again just to make sure that I'm not leaving anything else because of the ground mineralization and it's something that is hard to understand and you said what the XP MI 4 is in the video but I stopped the video to write the message and then you said it after I turned it back on to watch and finish it....✌️✌️✌️✌️.... and pitch is different and then you have to know what the numbers are for the Targets that you want to dig and it's really sounds like they are just using a Single tone for the Pitch and I use the All Tone's on the Xterra Pro and I haven't tried Pitch yet on the Xterra Pro.... but great video..... 👍....

Dang hate to hear you had so much problem with the accupoint. Crazy both of my have been great. Glad to see Nokta made it right. I guess no matter what you buy there is always a lemon or two in the bunch. Hope your new one treats you as well as my two treat me. Happy hunting

The accupoint was new and wanted to try it. It can be used with Nokta (or any) low latency headphones. Seemed like a good idea. My garrett will literally have you digging to China (sometimes). I wanted something "new". But "new" isn't always better, it seems.

Also, I was making these videos for Nokta to show the issues, so I needed to keep using it to get all the issues on video for them to see. I had been emailing back and forth with them on this and I needed something to show them. I've had 3 accupoints now and they all randomly beep to different degrees. I'm just going to get a MI-4 and call it a day.

What is the software version of your detector? Nokta has been having problems with their USB drivers. Please check out this problem on other tube er channels, I have had no problems with my banna

Good Luck 🤞 and it did sound Alot higher level of Tone on this one and but for how long and then the Random Beeps are still present and when the Garrett Carrot Pinpointer is doing that then I know that it's going out of battery and A friend has the XP MI 4 Pinpointer and I hope that I can try it out soon and he's just bought the X-Terra Pro and love's it and it's Also his very first Detector.....

As soon as I'm able, but might be a hot minute, I am going to get the MI-4. I really do like the sound of it. Not the pulse, I think. The one that Juice uses. I'm not def and don't want to bother the whole park trying to pinpoint. This one, well, can be it's backup.

@@HistoryLostNFound Well the Legend Detector pinpoint function is so loud that I may have to go ahead and Mute the video and let Closed Captioning tell me what is going on 🤔🤣🤔. But you can still hear the Struggle with the Legend Detector and the Accupoint Pinpointer that will eventually improve Or Let the Garbage Men have it and that's what I have done with the Simplex + ...

@@HistoryLostNFound No I really don't know why they (Notka) wouldn't have thought more about the Target Sounds and what's in the dirt paparous also has the X-Terra Pro and the Double Score Detector And the Double Score it's just as loud as the legend detector is and then that's probably why you don't see that Many people that are actually using the Detector pinpoint function of Notka's Detector's and I use to have the Simplex and it's Tone's sounded like a Duck 🦆 that is in trouble flying over and possibly that's why it's on the Discontinued Detector List...... 🤔.... but no don't turn it down on anything and then listen to the X-Terra Pro and it's pinpoint function and it's a totally different Detector that I'm still amazed about it and then the Tone's ❤️ and you can hear the difference between Targets and the Simplex + it is just using the 4 Tone's of High Medium and Low and the Iron Grunts and then I got the X-Terra Pro and WoW 😲 moment of Minelabs Tone's 👍.....
