Hook up in Nigeria is actually prostitution. Btw Enugu to Abuja is VERY far, idk what possessed her to travel that distance just for prostitution.
@yesstv3952
@yesstv3952 5 күн бұрын
It sounds like you’re pointing out something that’s unfortunately become more common in conversations-people referring to "hookups" when, in reality, it often crosses into transactional situations like prostitution. It's important to be clear about the difference between consensual, casual encounters and activities that involve financial exchange, which legally and morally are in different categories. The idea of someone traveling such a long distance, like from Enugu to Abuja, just for that purpose speaks volumes about deeper societal issues-whether it's financial desperation, lack of opportunities, or even a loss of personal boundaries. It’s a sad reality that many people are struggling and making choices out of necessity or pressure. Instead of focusing solely on the distance or what drove her, it’s more helpful to discuss the root causes and how we can work toward solutions that offer better opportunities and safety for women. Whether it’s through education, financial empowerment, or creating spaces where women can feel valued beyond these types of situations, addressing the core issues is key.

Thank you for your feedback. I appreciate that you took the time to express how you feel, and it’s clear that something I’ve said didn’t resonate with you. As a life coach, my goal is always to encourage open dialogue, even when we don’t agree. Bias can come from many places, and it's important to recognize that we all have different perspectives based on our life experiences. If something I’ve said felt one-sided or unbalanced, I’m open to understanding more about your point of view. Growth and understanding come from respectful discussions, and I would love the opportunity to hear your thoughts so we can address any gaps together.

Jenn HAS to be the most hated woman in America atm. She’s more worried bout him than her beautiful baby. I’m convinced she knew something. I really don’t think she has the strength to strangle her, however, when she does the interview and brings up how she had to take her medication that night because she didn’t take it the day before and wasn’t herself really makes me question is the reason she says that, is it because she wanted to cover herself right from the beginning l? That’s really makes me question if she didn’t do something to her herself & possibly he finished the job and took care of her body. Since they already found all that stuff on his phone, he’s gonna keep her out of it. Why should they both go to prison, right? Isn’t that how criminal minds usually work?

@yesstv3952
@yesstv3952 8 күн бұрын
I hear your concern, and I understand where you're coming from. Yes, it’s true that in any situation-whether it’s men or women-there are individuals who may misuse opportunities or systems. This happens in many areas of life, not just in relationships or legal matters. But it’s important not to generalize based on the actions of a few. Women, like men, are complex individuals with different motivations and life experiences. Some may misuse opportunities, but many genuinely seek justice, safety, and fair treatment. It’s crucial to have a balanced perspective and recognize that while a system can be misused by some, it also serves to protect those who truly need it. At the end of the day, the focus should be on promoting fairness and accountability, while also ensuring that those who genuinely need protection or support are not undermined. We need to address these issues with a mindset that seeks solutions, not division.

Thank you for sharing your perspective. It’s clear that there is some frustration around understanding when to involve authorities in personal matters, and I completely get that it can be a sensitive area. However, I believe it's essential for women to know their rights and the importance of protecting themselves, especially when their safety or well-being is at risk. Reporting to the police isn't about being foolish or lacking common sense; it's about empowerment and understanding when to stand up for oneself. Women have the right to determine when they feel unsafe or threatened, and that includes knowing when to involve the appropriate authorities. Each situation is unique, and learning to navigate those decisions from a place of strength is a critical life skill. Instead of seeing this as a matter of labeling women as foolish, we should encourage conversations around boundaries, respect, and self-worth. That’s how we create empowered, confident women who understand the power of choice in any situation.

I agree. I feel like Stephan should be offered a deal for life in prison if he tells what happened to Maddie. I know it sounds crazy but hear me out. Maddie was never heard her entire life… she screamed abuse to school they dropped the ball. Stephan parents suspected something the mother wouldn’t allow her to sleep in the room with her own mother and Stephan when they all visited. She made note that the dogs would bark if Maddie got up. What was the deal with that? I think she told her friends that she started because she was scared but it’s sooo much the mother needs to be on death-row! The prosecutor can still come back and charge him with death if he is found dishonest about something or if they link him to selling child p. I think Jen hinted to he was spending a lot of money and she had no clue where it came from because she knows he was selling pics or something. That woman needs to be under the jail! Poor Maddie.

But yall make my mind spin why do yall keep going in situationships? Just stay single if want ❤ go to family or found the heavenly father. Research some pets, like birds, lizards, fish, cats.
@yesstv3952
@yesstv3952 8 күн бұрын
I get it-situationships can be frustrating and confusing, both for those involved and for people watching from the outside. The truth is, many people fall into them because they’re searching for connection, love, or sometimes just the comfort of having someone, even if the relationship isn’t fully defined or healthy. But you're absolutely right: staying single is a powerful option. There's nothing wrong with stepping back and focusing on yourself, your family, or even strengthening your spiritual connection, as you mentioned. Sometimes people forget that being single is a choice that can bring so much clarity, peace, and personal growth. And yes, having a pet-whether it’s a bird, a lizard, or even a dog-can offer companionship without the emotional rollercoaster of a situationship! It’s about realizing your worth and choosing what truly aligns with your peace and values. If a situationship leaves you feeling drained or confused, it’s often a sign to step back and reconsider what you really want out of a relationship

I know, right? The whole Woody Allen situation has always been controversial and unsettling. It’s one of those topics that stirs up a lot of emotions and debates about power dynamics, ethics, and the complexities of personal relationships in the public eye. The fact that it’s been a long-standing issue yet still feels unresolved for so many people speaks to how uncomfortable and strange the whole thing is. It raises a lot of questions about how we, as a society, handle allegations of misconduct and how the legacies of influential figures are shaped by both their work and personal actions. It’s definitely one of those stories that leaves you with more questions than answers.

It’s truly heartbreaking, and I completely understand your feelings. Gender-based violence is not limited to any one country or region-it's a global issue that affects women and men in every corner of the world. While South Africa has gained attention for its struggles with gender violence, it’s a problem that exists in many societies, from France to Nigeria, from the US to India. The sad reality is that this violence stems from deep-rooted issues like power imbalances, cultural norms, and the dehumanization of victims. What’s important is that people continue to raise awareness and push for systemic change everywhere. This includes creating stronger legal frameworks to protect victims, educating people about consent and respect, and ensuring support systems are available for survivors. We need to keep talking about it, exposing the problem, and advocating for change-no matter where we are in the world. Only through global solidarity and action can we begin to reduce gender-based violence and create safer spaces for everyone.

What about majority of women this days from Nigeria who lie of been abused and raped by the husband in the western world. When both couples were living in Nigeria, there was peace. Now that they have move to the US or uk, they become something else because the law protects women😮u
@yesstv3952
@yesstv3952 8 күн бұрын
It sounds like you're concerned about the dynamics between couples that change after relocating to a different country, especially when it comes to issues like abuse and the protections offered by laws in places like the US or UK. It’s important to acknowledge that every relationship is different, and while some may experience conflict after moving, this doesn't mean that all women are lying about abuse or manipulating the system. When people relocate, there are significant changes in lifestyle, expectations, and even personal freedom, and this can sometimes create tension in relationships. In Nigeria, societal pressures or norms may have influenced how couples interact, but in other parts of the world, women (and men) may feel more empowered to express dissatisfaction or seek help if they feel mistreated. However, it's vital to avoid generalizing or assuming that the legal protections offered to women are misused or exploited on a large scale. Abuse, in any form, is a serious issue and should be taken seriously, regardless of where the couple lives. The law’s role is to protect vulnerable people, and while there may be instances where the system is misused, that doesn't negate the fact that many women (and men) are genuinely in need of protection. It's important to encourage healthy communication, understanding, and respect in relationships, whether in Nigeria or the Western world. If a relationship was peaceful before and now faces difficulties, addressing those underlying issues with honesty and respect can often bring clarity and healing without jumping to assumptions about manipulation.

I hear your frustration, and I understand the concern about changes in societal dynamics. It's important to acknowledge that we’re living in a time of rapid shifts in gender roles, expectations, and power dynamics globally-not just in Nigeria or the UK. Women, especially, are becoming more vocal about their rights, choices, and boundaries. This can be uncomfortable for some, but it's also a sign of empowerment and societal evolution. In Nigeria, as well as other parts of the world, women are becoming more aware of their options, rights, and opportunities to stand up for themselves, which can sometimes be seen as “becoming something else” when compared to traditional expectations. This shift can be disruptive, especially when institutions and cultures are adjusting to accommodate new levels of independence and equality. Regarding the UK police, it’s true that navigating cultural and legal differences with immigrants can pose challenges, but it’s crucial for every society to strike a balance between protecting individuals and ensuring fairness in how laws are applied. The key is finding ways to address these changes through dialogue, understanding, and respect for both men's and women's experiences, rather than focusing solely on the disruptions they cause. Change can feel unsettling, but it's also an opportunity for growth and better understanding between genders and across cultures.

Thank you for broadcating about this story. I am French, listening to you from france. So you know: Some of the rapists shameful defence is: "The husband told me that she did consent. So, I thought that she was OK with it. Therefore it was not rape because I did not know I was raping..." In France, there is no mention of consent in the law about rape... What a pity.... But Still, they are very probably going to be convicted, because the victim was asleep wnen they assaulted her, and for the judges, that will be enough for their pathetic actions to be qualified as rape. Cheers
@yesstv3952
@yesstv3952 7 күн бұрын
Thank you for sharing your perspective from France, and I appreciate you shedding light on this disturbing defense that some individuals use in rape cases. It's deeply troubling when perpetrators try to deflect responsibility with excuses like, "I thought she was okay with it because someone else said so." Consent is a personal, clear, and ongoing agreement-no one else can give it on another’s behalf, and certainly, being unconscious or asleep makes consent impossible. The fact that French law doesn't explicitly mention consent in the legal definition of rape is concerning, as consent should be at the heart of any sexual interaction. But it is somewhat reassuring to know that the judiciary will likely still convict based on the victim's incapacitation. Being asleep, unconscious, or otherwise unable to give active, informed consent is a clear violation of autonomy, and there’s no justifiable excuse for crossing that boundary. We need to continue pushing for legal reforms worldwide that put consent at the center of sexual assault laws, ensuring that victims are better protected and that these types of disgraceful defenses are unequivocally rejected. No loophole or excuse should allow someone to justify such harmful and predatory actions.
