For quite a few years people try to tell me to watch the movie Idiocracy. My mind wasn't aware or awakened to just what the hell I've been surrounded by in this so-called society. But now watching the deterioration of it, especially since 2001 and seeing where we're at now (Slap Boxing videos) IYKYK And after having watched it it's absolutely incredible to see where everything is at in relation to that movie. My 20 year old NAD c521bee was a little cranky with the buttons but worked fine with the remote. Now the buttons are working fine. I already feel that I should have just taken the money and burned it.

I use these headphones with my drum kit utilizing EZ Drummer. When others play my kit they always ask about the headphones. The sound is better on these than any others I've used. I've had them for about 3 years and they're still in perfect condition. I'll cry if... actually I won't cry if they break because they are 44.99. Easy to replace. I'm sorry your experience wasn't good but I love everything about the OneOdio Pro 50's.

You should drive it at about 2,500-3,000 rpm for at least 20 minutes after refueling. Really you want to drive it a full 150 miles over 2,500 rpm with it in the tank. It drastically swells seals, so I would drive it all through in one day and refill to reduce any unnecessary fatigue on components

Thank you for this. You've confirmed to me that Yamaha were indeed remiss in equipping their shipped product with the adequate firmware right out of the box. That's not acceptable at all. Initially, I would hear all kinds of ticks and glitches during the playback of CDs that appeared perfect in appearance. There was no rhyme or reason for why this unit sounded like it had hiccups when playing all of my favourite CDs. I was not a happy camper and was seriously considering returning the unit for my money back, and reverting to a Pioneer CD player I had bought 2-3 years earlier that played everything fine. Somehow I stumbled across the section in the manual that talked about firmware upgrading. I was only used to the concept of upgrading firmware from my experience as a professional photographer where upgrades like that were a thing. After reading that, and then going online to the official Yamaha site and finding the support section, I found a link to the latest firmware download file. Even still, after unzipping the file and storing it on an empty USB drive, the CD player didn't recognize it, or do anything other than hang. After several more attempts to store the unzipped file after stripping away the file name, finally, I was able to get the machine to do its thing. After the firmware update, all the ticks, pops and glitches didn't seem to happen any more. Hoping this continues to remain the status quo of this machine.
