What angle would you recommend on a 6 inches cake? Would 45 degree angle look too wide? And also, what pacing would you recommend? You were using 4.2cm for the 8 inches cake.

Great video! That's by far my favorite Meringue Buttercream. I have a few instances where it does not firm up. Now I know to put in the fridge for a few minutes if that ever happened.

🤔🤔🤔…. Very interesting… funny thing is that I always wondered and was always hesitant about doweling ANY cake with a vertical break in it. The vertical cut is that also structurally sound??

Can this be done with icing instead of fondant? I am making a graduation hat for my daughter this year…..and I don’t see many made with regular cake icing…..

I purchased a bubble machine that I'd like to use inside of a cake, so that bubbles will blow out of the cake. Any ideas?
