been trying alot of builds for kat lately , stormsurge with 16 kills (first item btw) did only like 700-800 dmg , nashors is bad now , lich bane with E isnt good anymore , bork on her is dead , they took sunderer out of the game which used to be good on her with witsend and now witsend is dead too , they nerf her 3 times which if u get fed and 1 mistake u lose a game u cant carry anymore ,. adc's and jnglers now can easilyyyy out lvl you if you miss 1 or 2 waves for a kill or two , her Q cant even kill lane minions anymore at low hp , her E does 0 damge with sheen proc , champ is dead , - win rate - honors -gameplay - everything even people are not even scared to face kat no more GGWP riot

Yea I just started learning Kata and I am definitely not the greatest but I am losing Majority of my Games and I try really hard and its really hard to learn the Champion by default now with those changes I dont know it's just not fun anymore to just getting run down by literally anything in the Game.

Balance department is BRAINDEAD to nerf Katarina that way, she relies specific items way too much.

lich was already a lil weak and cringe playstyle, now its the most expensive stsrting item for kat and has a dogshit build path, stormsurge is good early and costs less and all that but they get one null magic and u do 0, so i think nash first is still best lol

They should increase move speed for kat as kat is less powerful than one-shot mages like viegar and syndra

This game is becoming one of the greatest games for farmers 😅, and almost old gen assassins are hopeless now because a tank can one shot any of them with a right combo 😢….so sad for an 13-year old game

You are struggling playing Katarina, I am struggling playing Qiyana. We are in the same shit situation.

This has been the most boring patch since durability. They over buff Kat q then nerf her 3 times. LMAO. Then they gutted her nashors rush so she’s just awful. They always do this with kat. They buff her then nerf an item or spell that she utilizes and then nerf her on top of it. It’s so sad. This champions ONLY identity is damage. So if you can’t even do damage wtf is the point. No cc, no monster damage in her kit, no authority in lane, can’t split push. If you have TWENTY PLUS kills on any other champ you hard carry. Kat can have 50 kills and it doesn’t matter because you do fk all even with an insane lead. One CC and ur dead gg games over. The only reason I played league since season 2 was Katarina. I’m not playing a tank or bruiser to conform to the meta and appease the very underwhelming balancing team. “Tanks are weak” is the statement that sealed the deal on how out of touch riot is with their game. A tank SHOULD do no dmg. Why are tanks outdamaging both teams while also a having the most sustain and resistance and can stand under turret for 10 minutes? Katarina is the problem here surely. Anyways, sorry for the rant but yes. Everything you said is just yes. Terrible game right now.

How long have you been playing league? Just wondering, if youre quitting league I would just assume its been some time. I personally have only been playing 2-3 years never felt like the person to play ranked much, as I find it way more enjoyable just playing with my friends but I can still see the appeal of ranked. Two splits ive played ranked ive gotten bronze then silver simply cuz every game seems the same if youre winning, get ahead, get baron and finish, if youre losing, well ff15. Obviously thats just the broad picture and every game is played out differently depending on champs but those are always just the minor differences, who wins from level 1 - 6 and who out scales the other, counter picks, and map macro including summs (i understand that all these small things are what make league so different from other mobas but simply put its a competitive game so its always going to end the same one team loses one wins). The point is, the only reason the game is stale is because people dont exactly play the game to enjoy but because its their habit and the only game they KNOW how to play, as memes call it "addiction" and naturally, as any human is afraid of trying new things theyre sprung back onto league once again as their "last choice". That was a lot of yap but just thought itd be nice to put my view of league out there

Srsly, since the on-hit changes Katarina has become the worst mid laner. She can't have one stable build because either her items or her stats get nerfed. You can compare how she could solo carry in other seasons when she was fed, but now it doesn't matter if you have 20 kills and 4 items bc a '200 years of experience' champion can just erase you from existence.

kata just feels so meh to play this patch. One of the reasons i got into and enjoy kata is build variety but it just feels like this patch unless i go stormsurge/lich build im just kinda useless. Lichbane build path is just painful as well so unless you get god backs everytime its just stormsurge every game loving your content though its always nice to see a wundrew vid in my feed
