Bought that crappy game for a few euros about 15 years ago, when I started collecting for the Dreamcast. My biggest mistake will always be not buying Cannon Spike for €60 because I thought it was too expensive. 😂😂😂

Are you going for alternative versions eg sega rally 2 has 3 different coloured disks ones pink and ones just a standard print. A couple of others do bit i cant remember off top.of my head.

I'm not going for variants as I don't know many in terms of game cases etc. Things like discs I'm not massively fussed on, it's more the change in box aesthetics I like to get variants. Such as I have 6 different gamecube consoles haha.

@CasperEgas the youtube video i saw all the buildings are just blocks with horrible flat textures on them. I know it was 1999 but crazy taxi has proper building models.

@Retro_Verse_ yes, but it is short and racing games are often fine to just run through. So it is manageable. The cut scenes are all in French though. But you could complete it without understanding the language.

The full pal dreamcast set has always been 216, including taxi 2. You must have an error somewhere on your list.

@garypointer7494 I counted in my encyclopedia book of all dreamcast games, and it was 217, which had taxi 2 in it. As painful as counting was. I'm going to recheck all sources tonight via excel to compare.

You must count Sega Swirl what camed on a Dream On Disc aswell. So there are 217 Games, on this normaly you shoul'd take the Premiere Disc aswell to the counter, just with them two, you got a PAL full set 😁

No Problem. I completed a full Dreamcast pal collection about 10 years ago. The full list stood at 217 games then including taxi 2 & Sega Swirl, and I haven’t heard of any new discovery’s being added since then.

Be careful, it may be a K36 clone. I bought one and it was a clone of an R36S. I went to.upgrade ArkOS and that's when I found it was a clone. Can't update the OS at all because clones have the OS on internal memory and the roms only on the SD card. Pop the card into a PC, if it says emuelec then you have a non upgradeable clone. If it says easyroms, you have a real r36s. If it's a real one backup ALl.the sdcard partitions esp the boot files cause you'll need them later to upgrade ArkOS

I would have to add some PS1 honourable mentions to this as both Driver 2 and Dave Mirra's Freestyle BMX are turning 25 also, which were absolute bangers on release. 2000 was also the same year Counter Strike was released.

@Retro_Verse_ I would disagree but I'm biased because I was purely Playstation at that time and along THPS they were my top games of that time. Apart from playing Goldeneye on the N64 at my mates I never owned or played on Nintendo till the Wii. Don't think I ever played on a Dreamcast either, I had cashed in my Mega drive and massive game collection by then for a PS1. Kinda wish I hadn't now but my parents wouldn't let me.
