Brilliant home design. Great entry layout. Impressive features. 103" TV in Media room - perfect. Are there water restrictions in Arizona? Any permit restrictions for an outdoor grill area? Your video presentation was most impressive.

Beautiful house. The kitchen and main bathroom are gorgeous, but the primary closets…lacking any wow factor. The cabinetry looks like Home Depot products.

Wow...HUGE MISS on this kitchen! I shall be sexist and say it was probably a man who designed this $12 million house! Seriously, where is the double oven and butler's pantry with a kitchen within a kitchen??!!!! They only had a tiny little pantry off on the side, which was nothing exciting to look at. Seriously, the kitchen was a huge disappointment! I've seen multiple homes for a fraction of this house with a better layout. I guess you are paying for the views. No thank you!
