Nice house but not $8 million nice since it’s in Arizona. Crazy how builders keep building these type of homes when more people are going into debt and jobs are unstable now. Nice build again, but not many people can afford an $8 million dollar home. Maybe some NBA player will buy it.

I actually own a house in Scottsdale that is worth about 800,000$.... at 8 million, I am just not seeing how there is 10x the value of what I already have. These houses are way overpriced, not to mention bland and tacky.
