Good stuff! I was excited to see the route 121 come in, although I haven't had a chance to ride it yet. I've heard the new ride store and the free youth fare programs are funded by the Climate Commitment Act, so I'm looking forward to voting No on I-2117 to continue to support these transit benefits!

I am a bit of a comedian, so I'd love to see if Rick might be up to lend his melodious vocal talent to a video on the Wonders of the subway, buses, and taxis in my former home town of NYC. I could hear him saying, "Enjoy the one of a kind sites and pungent aromas that will challenge your sense of well-being from start to finish in the city that not only never sleeps, but apparently also never cleans."

Grocery stores, malls, parks, etc. It's all intelligently chosen, where the bus stops are in each city. America did a really good job making that a priority when cities were developed.

I stopped using the transit for community transit bus and the light rail because every time If was full of addicts and homeless. So sad to spend almost 35yrs and billions to build a light rail where I can’t enjoy it , let alone dream of bringing my kids on it due to the seedy characters. Not safe in Seattle any longer. Cops do their jobs, the politicians let them right out if arrested at all.

I am hoping the series will feature destinations north of Seattle that are now possible by combining CT with the recent Lynnwood light rail extension. This one seemed to emphasize going to Seattle, but so many of us are already here; it's the most populous city in the state, after all. The Link is nearby but I don’t know where to go. What's up there, anyway? Help me get out of Seattle, Steve! Edit: I just saw that there are three more videos. Time for some car-free travel!

One major aspect I like about Seattle. I got rid of my car years ago. The Metro and now the light rail get me anywhere I desire. The city is cool.

This is the way toward normalizing public transit! Really weird seeing Rick Steves collaborating locally with Community Transit, but I enjoy the promo a lot. King County Metro could learn a bit from CT's PR team, although they are improving on the PR bit too.
