He was very unfortunate. The one time David's form was not the best and Dean was starting more and more games and performing well he ended up with that long covid and David regained his form and once that happened, you're not gonna drop De Gea. Simple as. Happy Dean is getting a good career elsewhere.

I would have had Kasper at Liverpool in a heartbeat. Was a huge fan of his Dad, except against Liverpool, and I put his save against Rapid Vienna above Gordon Banks' save against Brazil. Banks was moving towards the direction of the shot but Schmeichel was moving away from the direction of the shot.

He's an average keeper at best who had 1 good season at Leicester, his dad was much much better

Most united fans hated him because he didnt give a chance for ten hag to assess him but i was one of very few fan who was supportive of that decision. Deano was at age where he had to play week in week out consistently and he knew he was good enough to be a starter at PL clubs, so kuddos to him for prioritizing his personal career first.
