My foster mom did this and verbally abused me and controlled every little aspect of my life. I left and moved out without anyone noticing. I was in college and had an apartment with her biological daughter watching over every little thing I did for her. Had her take me to the store while my boyfriend put everything in his mom’s truck and moved in with him the same day.

I choose not to defy gravity with high heels anymore. I prefer comfort and functionality, too. I'm immune to the latest seasonal paint color, Starbucks flavor, style of sunglasses, or model on the market. I know what I like need, and feel confident with. Marketing grooms consumers to respond to association, exclusivity or culture.

I adored the job i was hired for. My supervisor put in a request for a raise. 6 months later, not only did I not get the raise, but they terminated my position and made me the assistant to the assistant of the director for my "incredible skill set". Now, whilst i recognize this is an amazing opportunity for some, it's a TERRIBLE fit for me. I'm not an administrative assistant, i want nothing to do with meetings and minutes, and i hate everything about this new position. Not only that, but I'm less busy than i was before. To add insult to injury, they couldn't "find it in the budget" to give me a raise, but three other people did that same month. For those who might ask, i asked if i could decline the position and i was told my previous position no longer exists. My choices were to accept it or quit on the spot.

As an investment enthusiast, I often wonder how top-level investors are able to become millionaires through investing. I have a significant amount of capital to start with, but I'm unsure about the strategies and direction I should take to help me generate substantial profits like some people are this season.

when I started my job it was even better than staying at home, but now my boss has become insupportable. she exclude my coworker and I, make us overwork while making things easy for the other coworker who's a big *ss kisser. she's doing everything to make us quit. and the hardest thing is having to overwork senseless

I would take $2.5k to pay off some credit cards. Then spend 1k on myself (clothes, things for my house) get $500 in household items for next year (toiletries and other necessities everyday use) then save the rest

Hi good day. I'm a Nigerian and here in my country there are little to no financial counselors or advisors. I want to be able to help in this niche in my country and need help on how to start.

I never pay full price for luxury items. Half the guilt is gone there already. 😂 Also, go take a walk/exercise first before you pull the trigger. You’re normally too tired to follow through 😂

Wow, that was exciting to watch and hear. Extremely encouraging information without zero judgment. There were about two things that really struck a chord with me. The first thing is saving can be a small amount such as $1.00 or $5.00. The focus is being consistent. The second thing believe that you are Worthy to save. Many thank for this shared vital information. I always come away with a positive and motivated mindset to reach my financial freedom and saving goals after watching your videos. Again, Many Thanks. P.S. I am glad I can watch live on Wednesdays at 9:15pm. It was difficult to watch you while at work.

I approached the Domestic Violence Court 4 times to get interim relief from financial abuse without any success. They said it has to be resolved by the divorce court. The Domestic Violence Court doesn't protect the victims of financial abuse. Period.
