I do Not regret it. I took time to reset my mind. I signed up back for college and start a new job in a week. 🎉

I love my job, I just don't like some of the people that I work with. My spouse is helping me start making soap again. I'll sell it this time. I'm considering some other small businesses but don't know where to start. In the meantime, I need the salary to start my business, so I keep a low profile.

I'm in a sticky situation currently: I've got no room for growth and am not happy with the leadership. It's disorganized tbh. My problem is that I have great benefits and it's close to where I live with my parents, and I don't drive. I'm dealing with burnout as well, since it's a retail position I've been at for 12 years. Any advice?
