It's amazing to hear them talk about the Jeremy video before it was even released. It had such a huge impact. At the time, I was a young mother, and I just cried. It was a wake-up call to child/teen suicide, and it made you think about school shootings too...even though the focus was on the former. It woke us all to the plight of hurting children. To combine emotion and social consciousness, and express it via music and beautifully written lyrics, is the highest form of art. I am 64 and still grateful for their music.

Anyone that says 'pro-choice' is a kant. Lost human. Especially with the troubles he had with his father. If it was a choice he probably wouldn't have been here.

How could this band let this drummer go is insane to me! This drummer is a huge reason why their energy was the way it was including making them successful. What a disgrace.

It kills me to think of how many friends Eddie has lost over the years. The number is truly staggering. Aside from the singers of some of the lesser known grunge bands, Eddie is the last one who is still with us. We’ve lost Andy Wood from Mother Love Bone, Kurt Cobain, Shannon Hoon, Layne Staley, Scott Weiland, Chris Cornell, and Mark Lanegan. So many amazing voices, and so many amazing men. Their art will stand the test of time. I’m so thankful for Eddie and the guys in Pearl Jam. ❤

The best years in music ,Sub Pop should publish all if it one day in one album or blue ray!!!! Even if 30 years later many of these musicians are not with us anymore! I'm surprised there's no Screaming Trees here but well there's others , amazing idea for so long transmission even if in 95 nobody even dreaming about something like you tube
