I recently came across a circuit with a parallel coil, which allows for easy buck and boost conversion, with a N-channel MOSFET, or 2, for active switching rather than using a diode.

Good to know you are also fan Sam Benyaakov's fan. He is THE BEST! I am guessing the gate driver is getting burnt because of long wires on the perf board. Schematic wise I didn't find anything wrong. However, C26 for Bootstrapping looks quite overkill and also little more capacitance at the VCC pin (Parallel to the C27) would be nicer. Diagnostic of a circuit on perf board is quite difficult task as you can't take all the parasitic in account. Only part that I didn't like is the steering of the voltage loop via PWM DAC and D4. I would use a summing amp instead. Another problem with synchronous buck in this plan is when duty cycle is low and its running in DCM. The LO side MOSFET will discharge the battery instead of charging.

Hello, may I ask? In the diagram, pin D3 in the arduino is specifically the +VE_CY pin. If I don't use this pin, will it affect the operation of the circuit? And the next question I want to ask is how to measure the charging current of the battery, when the shunt resistor has been used to measure the overload. I do not use the CHNG-OVG-RLY pin, but only the CHG-RLY pin (relay switching between inverter and grid). Is that possible, sir?

Excuse me sir I want to modify it with a 4 wire fan, can I modify the program for example the fan speed depends on the temperature reading of the lm35 with the pwm output which controls the fan and there are remaining atmega pins there are D0 or TX can I add a fan rotation failure feature by reading the tachometer pin on the fan 4 cables, whether the atmega memory is not remaining or the sine pwm generation function will be disrupted

could u please do bldc motor driver based on arduino? there are alots on utube ,but they are speed fast by varible resistor ,also they could not explain what the best signal for bldc motor ,is it spwm what u use it in the inverter or the six steps bldc signals esc drivere that on the market?

i want to drive my inverter AC which is bldc compressor ,the compressor change its speed to adjust the room tempreatur . I want to mention the ,i cant use VFD to drive bldc motor because it is spwm signal and bldc needs six steps dc signal because it gives much more current at low speed.
