And the next question I want to ask is how to measure the charging current of the battery, when the shunt resistor has been used to measure the overload. I do not use the CHNG-OVG-RLY pin, but only the CHG-RLY pin (relay switching between inverter and grid). Is that possible, sir?

Appreciated for your great effort. Battery charging current is fixed or or variable? what is the max and min charging current that we can set ?
@Thiasotiks2 жыл бұрын
Charging current can be changed from Arduino code, it's not fixed. The maximum charging current depends on the circuit components such as MOSFETs, transformer etc. In my experience increasing the duty cycle more than 40% shows a high risk of burning the low side MOSFETs.

If you don't connect OK2 then inverter will always start with the negative half cycle no matter what was the phase of the mains voltage right before the mains failure. It's not a big problem though. It will cause another problem in switching from inverter mode to mains mode. To solve that delete "if (PIN_ZC && !zcPrev)" portion in the line #160.

Since every transformer has some leakage inductance due to the non-ideal couing, it's not mandatory to add chock coil. But adding some inductance may help to reduce the open load current. @Thiasotiks3 жыл бұрын
Pure sine wave inverters don't actually deliver the "pure sine wave" but it also contains a lot of harmonics from high frequency switching pulses. Those harmonics distort the shape of output waveform specially at no load condition but, they are almost filtered out when load is attached and the waveform get back it's sweet sinusoidal shape.
