I am now unable to watch Night of the Hunter, Cape Fear (1962) and Cape Fear (1991) without expecting to see either of the two Roberts take rakes in the face, getting stepped on by elephants and being under a car as the family drives over a cactus patch. Then being thoroughly disappointed when none of those things happens in those movies.

They left out the "Die, Bart, Die" gag. Prosecutor: "What about your tattoo that says: "Die, Bart, die?!" Bob: "Oh, that's German. It says /dee baht dee/" Parole Board Member: "Oh, no one who speaks German can be that bad."
