Would you happen to know if this is a “kid friendly” complex? I am looking for this type of unit and have 3 grandkids. They wouldn’t be living there just visiting 😅

I've stayed in this complex before. It is kid friendly in my opinion. It has a great pool area and a nice strip of beach. The beach is not really a good swimming area though but, just down the beach is the Pelican Cove Hotel, and it has a great beach area for swimming. Easy to walk to from the condos. The hotel has great food and offers special nighttime activities on certain nights. The general area the condos are located in is a convenient starting point for any activity you need to do being somewhat mid-island.

Reasonable view, I'd definitely paint the exterior walls. The off grid is appealing. I wouldn't paint the interior but i know my wife would want too 😂

@ yes. Food cost is higher. I’ve lived here 13 years. Love st croix. It’s not for everyone.

@@Idahodeerslayer As it relates to the US Virgin Islands, we have the lowest tax rates in pretty much the whole Caribbean. Plus its the USA.
