$900K and I'm guessing $1000/month or more in HOA fees? There's definitely some luxury with this unit, but I don't know if I see enough luxury to justify the expense of this particular unit. It's certainly not an "investment property".

Longtime Subscribed love your great content, beautiful condo. My question since I'm in Florida I see the condo crisis crashing market due to higher insurance and master policy HOA etc people are walking away and just abandoning or taking any offers for places because of the high reassessments and taxes. Is any of this happening down there? HOA Cost in that place? Short Term Rentals allowed? Pets? What is the occupancy of the entire unit complex or mostly seasonal residents? Thanks!

@@bobcortez9471well, it actually may be easier depending on where you are. Love the UVSI but from The west coast it’s tough to get to. So easy to get to Fiji, Polynesia, and Pacific Rim
