So true. I have liver disease that causes inflammation throughout my body. What has made the BIGGEST difference is diet and the importance of getting high quality bioavailable protein. (for me animal based has worked best due to full amino acid profiles) When I eat at least 100 grams per day I feel dare I say normal again. Hope this can help someone out there ❤

You really should do something about the lies of arsenic turning purple when heated and the fact that bones are ACTUALLY purple because of myoglobin. Now I can't trust a SINGLE thing he says because I know he literally makes up lies out of thin air.

Yea this is just straight up lies. Arsenic does NOT turn purple when heated, that was literally a straight up lie made up out of thin air. Arsenic literally turns into a gas when heated. Bones aren't purple because of arsenic. Even if arsenic COULD turn purple when heated, that would be because it turns into a different compound when heated in air, but when heated inside a bone it wouldn't do the same thing. Bones are purple because of myoglobin. And even if there WASNT myoglobin in the bone, the logic of "arsenic is purple, the bones are purple, therefore arsenic is in the bones" is HORRIBLE and is the exact kind of leap in logic that is so pathological in our discourse today about health and science and philosophy and really all discourse. Stop perpetuating that stupid excuse for logic. So here are the things you lied about: Arsenic doesn't turn purple Arsenic heating in air is not the same as heating in a chicken bone. Chicken bones are purple because of myoglobin.

Fat can't just magically turn into protein. Ridiculous. The body can convert consumed protein into fat, but fat can't be turned into protein. Not when consumed, and certainly not in a living animal. What crack cocaine are these guys smoking? Basic biochemistry knowledge disproves that claim about the pigs having their fat turned into "more meat"

@@sheris9825 There are four main reasons why someone struggles to lose weight: Toxins, Inflammation, Hormones, and Digestion. When you body is exposed to toxins, like air pollution, molds, heavy metals and processed food, it requires micro nutrients to remove them from your body. When your body doesn't have enough nutrients to remove these toxins, it stores them in your fat cells or your tissue instead. When you have poor digestion, your body struggles to pull nutrients out of the food your eat, meaning you get less nutrients out of your food. When your body is in a state of inflammation, the body is afraid to lose weight If you have toxins, and you are struggling to lose weight, you need more nutrients, not less.
