Just tried this, but with a few minor changes. I first used a scratch awl to create a pilot hole instead of starting with the drill. This allowed me to bore out an existing hole instead of trying to create a new hole with a 5/16" drill bit. Second, I removed the rivet from the strap before pushing it through the hole so I could get better leverage to push the rivet through without contending with the strap. Concept from the video was really solid, and the explanation was very helpful.

This is the 3 rd time this has happened. the top completely came off. I don’t know which way to put the face back on. does it make a difference

Thanks for the glue recommendation. This is the 3rd fitbit i have owned and it has happened to all 3!! I used superglue last time but it was not waterproof so over time it broke again. I also bought protective covers from amazon but now i can't find where i put them 🤦🏻‍♀️

Thanks for the video but it does state on the Tassimo website that you have to dissolve the tablets fully in the tank before starting the process "Fill water tank and add 2 TASSIMO descaling tablets. Make sure the tablets are fully dispersed." Again thanks for the video. 🙏

I used Oust Descaling liquid sachets two per descaling does the job . Most supermarkets sell it .👍

Why would anyone do a water test? You either did it well and it's fine or you messed it up and might as well wait for it to actually get wet instead of just ruining it
