I have been a fan of Matthew Nathanson and his career ever since this song...of the mid-2000's male singer-songwriter crew, his career still kicks it today hands down if you ask me!!! Does anyone ever hear from John Mayer or Jason Mraz or Howie Day anymore? I don't think so.

Just saw Matt live again last weekend for like the 5th time. He still has it! The chops, the licks, the charm, the Witt, all of it. He might be at his very best right now! So if you get the chance, go see him. This version is great, but it's a bit less frenetic now. I will say also that while this drummer is great, he borders on ruining the song. Way too busy, too many notes for the sake of notes instead of serving the music. If you have to wonder where the beat is, or if you are covering up the melodic content, it's too much. Don't try to compete with the singer. He is the point!
