I believe women in the classes, don't like the fact that men attend. Even though they invade men's sports such as MMA, Boxing etc. Oh and let's remember pilates was invented by a man, hence his surname pilates 😅

Awhile back i would get a calf cramp in my sleep and it would be extremely painful, my control over the use of my foot would be overrided. It would hurt so badly I would be wigging to reach the edge of the bed to stand up and attempt to walk it off. Unfortunately when I was able to put upward pressure on my toes to try and relieve the calf cramp my shin muscles seized up and cramped too. My foot became a fulcrum of pain, either direction was brutal. Like a sick joke the cramps formed on my other leg in the same fashion. Thankfully not as severely. Eventually after an agonizing 8 to 10 minutes relief came over and I lay on the floor in a puddle of sweat and nearly hyperventilating. Some medications I was taking were the root cause. 😢😂

Great info. Thanks. One thing i wanted to mention is.... Cupping therapy is actually much older than acupuncture, and it has been practiced in many cultures for thousands of years! 😊

Gordon's work is extremely interesting. Could the Neil Asher Campus help him to develop an online course for practising therapists? I believe he now conducts seminars, but those of us who don't reside in the U.S. would benefit from his knowledge - and his work could have global reach via an online teaching format.

I think I'm lacking in this. I used to overwork chest, and eventually ran in to longhead bicep issues, I stopped lifting super heavy on chest, and even stopped chest flyes because it aggravated my shoulder. I got in to external rotation and back exercises so much that, my rear delts started to get tight and click. I can do 10kg on external rotations. I still train chest, but am having issues with weakness in my right side (something is preventing it from contracting properly I think, as I also have issues in the right side when doing curls, even though I used to be right side dominant. It is also a bit tighter, which I am stretching with progress weekly). I think I have become rear dominant, and need to focus on internal rotational strength. I also forgot to mention that both shoulders pop sometimes when I reach out in front of me or engage my arms from rested position. I have started training the subscapularis, but I didn't realise that chest flyes work this muscle. I will have to check it out, before my back takes my humorous from it's socket.
