What I have heard/ read was that Page's weight loss had become a problem . In a game against the Seahawks he was taken out in a short yardage play and replaced by James White. When asked to return, Page flat out refused. The next day Grant waived him.26:49

With age, comes wisdom. My older friend was a die hard Cowboys fan in the early 70's. I was all Raiders. Now in my later 50's, Roger is under rated. Brady is #1. Then Roger, then Otto Graham. Give props to the older guys. They were getting the hell beat out of them.

Mel Gray was a solid, dependable 70s style receiver. Compared to today, his numbers look unimpressive, but in context he was damn good. Had some long plays. Unheralded af

Last time Miami wore Aqua jerseys at home... they eventually always wore white at home in that 100° heat in efforts to deflect the heat of the Sun. One reason they went undefeated, and won two of three consecutive 🎉Super Bowls

When they cut to another scene, the way the narration from the previous scene continues. Obvious Christopher Nolan stole that from Coppola.

Before ESPN and cable news 24/7 over-saturation of the coverage, shows like this were invaluable, and must see TV.

It is simply amazing that no one has ever made a comment about the western movie in the background or why they never filtered this out of the movie. There was clearly another movie being made in the studio.

Can't watch woked out, faggatized football. After watching these films. Not the fault of the modern player. By the way, bring back natural grass. Modern football isn't football. Sad!!!

@GlobeTrotter-0072 күн бұрын
@@Ohionortheast I sure did and the songs are iconic, right? I think the current generation would dig them, too. Wish they'd bring them back. We were really lucky, indeed.

Watching these films at 41 yr rather when I did when I was 18/19 yr things make sense so much more now, I understand how these things work now, the way they speak to each other about certain things. The Godfather 🐐
