I'm no lawyer but one point you might get stuck on is JP was never an employee, he was an owner, so he can't quit persey. He can stop working but his ownership doesn't disappear. Until you ask resolve the ownership issue he's going to have the right to the business and it's assets just like you do. Hopefully you both can work this out and reach go your own way, honestly your best bet is to start your own channel, leverage the HJF fans by sending them that way, and let HJF sit idle until it's all resolved in court.

Oh & he 1000% lied about where those withdrawals went, I did quick math based on the numbers in the court file, it’s about 1.1M so him claiming he returned 300% means he deposited over 4M which is next level silly, JP is a compulsive liar …

Either way the courts is where this should play out and hopefully both sides can come to a fair mutually agreed upon resolution so they both can go their separate ways.

@@spcld2k JP doesn't want a fair resolution because that would mean, he'd have to admit everything he's been saying is a lie plus he'd have to split the money he's most likely hiding, when JP says he was quitting HJF if he had just left, yes they still would've fought over the money but nobody would know, he created this mess to cover his bad behavior, do you know JP currently doesn't have a single charge filed against her in court, his last filing that also didn't include any charge was dismissed by the Judge on Monday, now he has to refile something else in 5 days, ask yourself, how a guy that claims someone did so much to him, isn't charging her with anything in court where it matters & nor has he provided proof against her claims... oh & the withdrawals add up to 1.1M or so, meaning he's claiming he deposited 4M plus back to the account, I'd laugh if it wasn't so silly... all this stuff is online in the court docs, JP is a compulsive liar
