Hate to break it to you….. baseball is more popular in the Dominican rep than it is in Japan. The fact you are bragging about getting money from wealthier Asians as you degrade Dominicans for their lack of money or perceived lack of….. shows how you see ppl. Classist and gross Soto has better plate discipline and is a better pure hitter than sho is. Sorry to break it to you. Sure he can hit more and steal bags but he provides zero defensive value. Even if Soto provides poor value. It’s something. Sho is a great player and the best all around player there is. Nobody can doubt that. But take on base, Soto crushes him every year. Every year. Soto needs to stay in New York and do his ppl right and deliver a ws If you look, and I know betts and freeman had injuries this year…. Soto and judges numbers alone was as good as the dodgers big 3 combined. They’re better than any two of anything the dodgers can throw your way. That’s just a fact. Judge is on a whole different planet as a hitter than sho is. His on base was like 70-80 points higher, his counting stats beat him in almost every category too. Higher avg, obp, slug ops ops+ Rbat ….. the list goes on.

the Lakers have tried for years to get a consistent volume three point assassin. McLemore, Beasley, etc, etc. Those guys had only one shot and did not shoot well and henceforth never got volume. Knecht is good enough from all three scoring zones to get volume threes up. He reminds me of a healthy Klay Thompson.

@@madnezz1961 Beasley is a great shooter, but he's a set shooter. He needs to be IN POSITION when he gets the ball. Feet set, back straight, waiting. Danny Green had the same issue. Dalton can sprint, stop on a dime, get the ball while moving, and jump into his shot all in one move. That's the difference. Doing that in 1 second instead of 2 it's the difference between a wide open shot and a contested one.
