Darvin got fired for one strong reason: LeBron, AD and Austin didn't like him. He should let it go.

Darvin got fired because he has no situational awareness. He does not know when to call a timeout. He does not know how to make an adjustment during games. He does not know Xs and Os. In my observation watching live games at Crypto. He calls a timeout and huddles with his assistant coaches while the players waits for him on the other side. That always puzzled me.
