I really really love this. Segmenting, delegating. Yes I have tried to do everything and my home life as a carer and business life has become intertwined - the caring overshadowed the business life so every work task I carry out has to be very efficient and I feel dissatisfied that I'm not getting to it properly but all things in their rightful place. Yes inner presence with impact. With one job I go out to my office and I have become anxious to get home. Getting people to do work for me as I speak. Money has held me back because everything costs a fortune but I do need specialist help in video design which really I thought I could do but they can do it better. Yes disappointed in how slow it has been.

Giving up control. I had temptation yesterday over control but realized it and grounded myself and I came back to myself again. What it means to live for myself - make it my mission to listen in to myself, to get to know myself, love myself, respect myself, set healthy boundaries, follow my heart but let my heart care firsthand about what’s best for me… to stay true to myself, to stay healthy (body and mind) a because then I can be the best version of me and that will lead to me spreading positive vibes which affects other people in a good way and inspire them to also take care of themselves. Not trying to fit into the picture that other people have of me, not letting other people have the power to affect my choices out of fear of what they will think. By being true to myself I will attract likeminded people who can also love me for me and not for some fake façade. This is my life to live and learn and to love. ♥️ It’s okay to make mistakes, learn from them and forgive yourself - next time apply what you learned… continue to grow and evolve. 🙏✨ I finally ended a relationship with a very manipulative and controlling person. Just the energy itself was constantly draining… but he keeps trying to contact me no matter if I ignore.. and I had to realize I had not let go completely yet, since I could not bring myself to block him… but I meditated on it and I definitely know I won’t let him back in because like you said, it’s not gonna change and I feel so much better since it ended even if sometimes it’s hard… the alternative is worse because I would sacrifice myself. I believe I really made it clear that the door needs to be fully closed, for the best of both, really. I pray for him to move on and let me go, pray for him to heal and grow so he can let go of the need to control and manipulate… I’m grateful for the lessons. ✨
