@@cattule3408 Kia ora. I am a counsellor but also do most of my healing through ancestral healing practices. I am Mãori from Aotearoa New Zealand. I actually just began to sit and feel and cry and allow myself to grieve and acknowledge what I had experienced that had an impact but had been tucked away. My body was in so much pain and so I went to the water and I used plant medicine to balance what was reacting in my body. I really went inwards if that makes sense. I deep-dived into my darkness and illuminated the shadows and took myself back to my divine self. Essentially I grieved and rose through the pain that my body, spirit and mind had stored as stagnant energy. Hope that helps.

Whoa! I just went back to therapy feeling a little sad and I went into my last session telling her that I really didn't have much to talk about - which lead into the most profound, deep, and intense hour of my life as I started unearthing long buried childhood trauma and toxic communication cycles with my sisters and facing abandonment issues which is freeing me to go forward with clarity. Also - a job opportunity has suddenly revealed itself and it's like pieces on a chess board shifting around from the universe to provide me with this opportunity.
