I have the color changing lights but cannot get it to stay on the mode I want it to. It’ll default back to changing white and colors interval almost everytime. Help!! How do I change it to make it stay on the setting I want?

What about rain and wind though? Won't that knock qround the basket a bit and make the moss come out?How does the basket drain? Can the floral tape withstand rain?

I love this. I live in the High Desert in California and we must conserve water. Many have gone to a desert landscape but I want something different. This is perfect! Can please help me with the top part of tree? An easier to pull the plastic plug & be able to finish the last step placing in on top.

Even my all plastic flowers under my roof have faded over time in Hawaii. I have heard that coating them with clear polyurethane would help that problem. Then I hear from another source that that is not a good idea. Can you tell me your opinion on this please?

Tip: easier to fluff some as you assemble each tier, then finish final fluffing. If your lights die and you need to manually re-string, again, much easier if you put lights on each tier
