I definitely brewed beer for a long time without temp control. If you have central a/c in the house that helps a lot.

But here's some stuff I noticed while poking around on your channel. The words on your thumbnail are hard to see. Not only because theres too many, but also because of the block formatting. The blue/red contrast kind of hurts my eyes a little, and it's hard to make the 'wheat' out in wheat beer. Have you considered using only like 1-3 words total? But also the content is always about a beer, but the main focus in the thumbnail are words, maybe try just putting the beer in focus? Like having the words off to the side since they aren't the main subject anyway. I think your titles are great, they pique interest, but I would also say you can jump right into the making of the beer. If you like the intro where you introduce yourself, and that's your brand, then by all means, keep it in, but as an experiment you could add voice over to the very beginning and place some B-Roll of the nearly finished product, and then roll back to who you are, because you probably lose 40-60% of the audience in the first 30 seconds (If I'm completely mistaken apologies) Whether you want to sign up for the free newsletter or not though, you have great content, please keep making videos!

I copped some flack on a Facebook post for this, but this is what I do. Strip and clean the keg. Reassemble and completely fill with sanitiser. Daisy chain to another if I have more than 1 (I usually wait till I have 2 or 3) so each keg is completely oxygen free. Then that keg doesn't get opened for 5 brews. I will rack straight into that uncleaned keg with the same or very similar brew. There may be some hop residue or trub in the bottom but that comes out first pour. If it was a particular hoppy brew and I'm worried about clogging, I may pump a litre or so of sanitiser in, swirl around and remove under pressure through the liquid port but that's rare. Then after it's been used like that 5 times, it gets stripped and cleaned and the sanitised again. I've been doing this for a couple of years and I've NEVER had an issue with this. Never had an off flavour, never had a blocked port and my cleaning / sanitising regime is cut right back. Some kegs have sat at room temperature between uses for over a month and still no issue.
