This time we are testing out the IPA Malt in an New England IPA AKA NEIPA/Hazy. We'll make a few adjustments to meet the criteria of a HAZY, but the bulk of the grain bill will be the IPA Malt from Gambrinus. Fruity, hazy but not bitter - only those "juicey" characteristics that should be in this style.
