As a Rockfordian, I have always been fascinated by abandoned schools. Like...what they were like. How did they feel. What kind of happy memories.

Hello friend, how are you, sorry to bother you, I wanted to know if the manual transmission of that 2.2 caravan fits my caravan 2.5 year 1994, complete with its CV axle, please? Do the axles work or do I have to modify that? thank you.
@vado5753 ай бұрын
Yes is should fit. But the axles might be different. I might be wrong. But i know the wheel bearing up front are very different

The transmission should be fine if the fluid and filter are changed about every 40,000 miles. Use only ATF+4.

dude, had me a 76 sporty had major issues with the hole thing, took me a year of chasing gremlins, just to get it where it was fit to travle. not a great ride, but once yo get past the headaches, the old dog runs abd runs. here is a tip when buying parts, but triple get a solar charger for batterys. black tank useage is small only 15 gallon then ya need to dump it. check and greese parts wacth for leaks rget get costly fast.had to redo many points wicth told were good. found them roten. water pipes just one of many. look for melted wire. get a second fuse block just to run housing parts.. check geny works too.

Hello friend, sorry for the question. When changing the automatic transmission for a 5-speed, is it necessary to change the BCM computer? Or do you just have to bypass the transmission start switch? thank you.
@simoncalderonarce76175 ай бұрын
Hello friend, how are you, sorry for the question... to bypass the automatic transmission start switch, how are those cables connected? both for it to start and for it to have a reverse light? I would appreciate your help, I have a similar one here in Santiago de Chile and I want to make it with a 5-speed transmission, thank you.
@vado5755 ай бұрын
If I remembered correctly the wire for the start switch it just has to be grounded to somewhere, I hope that answers your question and good luck on your 5-speed swap

1985 to 88 had the same look with the sealed beam headlights and metal grille with truck mirrors, 1989 to 91 got the next facelift with newer door mirrors and grille but same old sealed beam headlights and offered extended body . 1992 to 97 got the newer dashboard with composite headlights and revised grille. 97 was only year to have the red tail lights.

This is not the first time that i've seen the chrome tall changer spindle's record shelf (the shelf where the records are hung prepared to drop one by one) facing the incorrect direction or position which what causes the 45's to sometimes not drop always when using that black tall 45 adaptor as seen in this video. The record shelf of the spindle seen here is facing east when it really should be facing north-east if you see what i mean. The solution is you have to remove the platter and force turn the platter axle where the platter sits on that is on the base of the changer right next to the changer gear with vice grips (using a rag or towel not to damage the axle) turning the axle until that notch that is on the top edge that receives the fitting of the little metal thingy sticking out of the side of the tall spindle, that notch on the top edge of the platter axle, where you fit the platter, the notch has to face the north-east direction so that when you fit the spindle in place, it obligates the spindle's record shelf to face north-east or in this case, the spindle record shelf is faced aligned to the tonearm's axle. Also as that record overarm is made of plastic, it's usually slightly not leveled and if you force/bend down the overarm to force it to shape it leveled straight as possible (careful not to break it of course) so that the 45 singles records sitting on the black 45's adaptor's shelf stays on a leveled angle so that the 45's adaptor metal mechanism pushes perfectly against the surface of the hole of the records, pushing off perfectly without any 'miss' when using the black 45 tall adaptor

My 1st car was an 84 Chevette, with parts from a 76 and a 79. It had a few issues, such as I had to hold the shifter in reverse while reversing, otherwise, it would pop out of gear. But it was a great 1st car. Lots of fond memories roaming the countryside with my buds during my JR/SR years of High School. I even drove to and from my best bud's house and mine several times as the odometer hit 100,000 miles. It was a bright blue, I later added neon green accessories ( Hey, it was the late 80s) LOL. I alsd added a stereo system built mostly from "Flea Market" parts and a "Sparkomatic" radio. It was cheap, but it worked pretty good. Great memories.

What was wrong with the fourth car? Why couldn’t it stay running? Why didn’t it start on the first try when the rest of the Dodgers started on the first one Why did that Ute keep on starting and dying and didn’t want to run I don’t know if that is common on dodge Utes in the winter or not I like weird cars that are half of a car and half of a pick up truck. The front end is a car in the back and is a pick up truck. Is the rampage OK?
