Well here’s the thing…if your hair loss has stabilized ( typically in your 50’s) you don’t need the potentially brain destroying drug of fin or the cardiac symptom min post transplant. I’m 53 and just got my first transplant with hopefully a second one next year. F’ min and F’ fin…..for real stop taking that stuff asap. Yes many say PFS is not real and all in your head but there are some guys that say fin ruined their lives and Merck paid out 43 millions in settlements. I took it a few years ago and I’m just starting to see a light or so to speak and I thank God 100% for that. You young guys need more prudence and thought before taking that garbage. Just get 2 or 3 transplants until your hair loss has stabilized

12:46 Use tetrinoin at night. It makes you more prone to sundamage. Also get a prescription cream from your doctor, not OTC retinol.

I got a transplant at 21. Worst decision off my life. It was done in Liverpool and done poorly. 6 weeks ago I had my entire transplant excised by a surgeon in Miami. Cost me $15k. Original transplant cost me £4.5k. I’m going back in 1 month for final surgery costing $2k. Be bald and natural, that’s my advice to any guy now. I’m 25 and my hell is almost over

Micro needling is S tier for hair regeneration imo. When I first started, my hair was thinning fast and I was balding fast. I started micro needling once a week for 3 months and took before and after photos. The transformation was unbelievable. I completely reversed my hair loss. I show people the pics and they can’t believe it… The only negative is that it hurts and bleeds a lot. Definitely worth it though.

It looks quite pluggy at the hairline. My guess is your surgeon didn’t use singles at the front, a major no-no in the industry. What clinic performed your transplant?
