I am always looking for more COTC creators, can't believe I just found your channel, this is my favorite mobile game. Can't believe you didn't get a cleric, you must've had to really strategize, i got Millard pretty early on and he kept me alive until i got better units. No way w'ludai was my first a4 also lol

The cool thing about dupes now is that it allows you to take two travelers up to 6* if you want to use the awakening shards that way.

Congrats! I'm happy for you. I did 7 multis for Partitio got 3 off banners (golden rings, Gilderoy, Millard and Viola), and then 4 multis for Tem (got zero, nada) and 2 multis for Agnes (got zero, nada). The 3 free multis got me a Yukes, the 7th one already. Side Solstia has been pretty bad so far. I guess I'll wait for the must haves to spent the rest of my economies

Dang, A4 for both?! How many pulls did it take you? Congrats either way!! I just learned that Ochette's coming next and I'm a lil stressed about it ngl! She's my favorite OT2 gal so I really do want her, but my 4,5k is reserved solely for Hikari as he's my actual favorite. I might clear out a few adversary log fights for extra rubies maybe...

Congrats on the good pulls! BTW, you can totally rip the featured character without the 6-star glow animation. It's how I got my Temenos, no 5-star or 6-star glowing animation. So I think that means he would have shown up at 4.5 stars, but since the banner guarantees them being 6 star, voila!

I totally spent a good minute boosting and unboosting characters just to watch the light effects, lmao. I always thought CotC’s battles looked cool but they leveled up so much with this! The Solistia fights look great as well - I’ll try to record the Ouma fights to post some new content soon. Just had to hype a little about the graphics here :-) how have you guys been enjoying the new app?! PS. it’s been like a year since my last tower clears, would any of you care for updated EX5 clear videos? I have pretty easy routines for all of them if anyone’s interested.

@@igorkostic3945 from what I understand, global has been merged with SEA now, so the SEA roadmap is now ours as well. The roadmap says SS chapter 2 is coming on 13 february (along with the LaL collab which apparently hasn't released yet)

@ no worries! LaL = live a live collab, we already had it in the old global app but it didn't release yet for SEA so it's getting released in february as well.

@@BruniPlaysOctopath Yes, I love guessing who will show up too. However, every week, Net Ease just spams new character. so, we are struggling to keep up. But an EX GL players might have a few weeks off. Because SEA/KR still lacks some characters.

Global's definitely getting a bit of a rest yeah, I'm pretty grateful for that. There's still a bunch of characters that haven't been released but I already have all of them (I think) so I can just sit tight and save rubies until we get to the Solistia units. Who's still missing at this point? Sazantos/Signa, the LaL collab, possibly the other caits?

@@BruniPlaysOctopath Sazantos/Signa, Nivelle, Kilns, Rique, and LaL Collab are the characters that are missing, as far as I remember. GL players will have free 6 weeks. Hopefully, NetEase will give us some off week. Otherwise, we are going to catch up to JP in no time. By the way, SEA/KR got a character buff. I'm pretty sure that GL also got it. W'ludai, Tytos, Auguste, Herminia, LumisEX, Harley, and Zeniaas I remember.

@ yeah that's still a lot to go! I don't have Rique but do have all the rest. Unfortunately I saw that they just teased that Temenos and Agnea are coming this week, so that sucks... fingers crossed for some good pull luck so we won't go broke. Tem was my starter in OT2 so I really want him though. I did notice a few units had different kits but wasn't sure which of them, thanks for listing them!

@@Caterwaulin correct, and if you made purchases in the old app during a certain period. I got a fragment to exchange for one of them when I first launched the app. I picked Scarecrow, he and Lyn were the only ones I didn't A4 yet, and picking him on day 1 of the new app felt fitting as he was my day 1 starter on the old app as well :-)

@@nicolasbarraza9542 I was also convinced we'd never see Solistia in global but look at us now! I'm really excited haha. I'm shooting mainly for my favorites from OT2 - Hikari first, Partitio was my second priority (so glad I got him early), then Temenos and Ochette. I like Castti, Throne and Agnea are okay, and Osvald doesn't do much for me tbh. I'll still try for as many of them as I can afford haha, but Hikari and Tem are my priorities :-)

Just fyi for others in region locked countries: I play on iOS and the way I got it to work was making a second app store account for a different region (I used the UK). Logged out of my regular app store account, into my UK one, and there I could download and run the app normally, no vpn required. So happy I can keep playing!

I was a bit odd in that I started CotC from the TW server, but jumped ship to Global around the time when Ophilia released for EN (More used to EN word layout as an OG OT1 player, and actually getting to reroll to start with Viola is too good). Currently I've migrated back to the TW server, though I'll probably keep the EN as a F2P account and see what that gives me and continue to play a bit. Though I did impulse use most of my f2p rubies, and finally got the Ophilia I've been missing since I started my EN journey (1400+ hours) LMAO. Here's hoping the new version can be as enjoyable as before, and if you can continue the journey, get Magnolia and Spear meta your way through everything. Being curious, can you generate the transfer code?

@@kowtow773 haha I get the frustrating of constantly missing that particular unit. For me it was Millard. I think I was on like day 650 or so and had done over 4000 pulls before I got him. Crazy how that works sometimes. Congrats on the Ophilia either way!! I'm absolutely looking forward to the spear meta haha, they all look so cool. Especially Partitio as he was my second fave in OT2 (after Hikari). Excited tbh. And yeah I could generate my code just fine! I think the issues are going to arise with the downloading of the app, it's probably (and hopefully) just a region lock on the app store. I do hope I won't have to use a vpn every time I play at least. We'll see tomorrow I guess!

Incredible.Really jealous with the A4 Tressa. She can put Gilderoy to shame lol. I got SO many Cardona so she's my A4 and only A4 merchant with U10 as well but lacks a sidestep >.<. Still good with HP lance and can self heal.

Haha Tressa was actually the first unit I A4'd organically overtime, she was one of my first 5*s and she just kept coming after that ;v; I used her a lot early on! Dodge tanking feels a lot safer than face tanking like Gilderoy but if you set him up well he's virtually indestructible. Wludai is still my favorite merchant to use though. Building strategies around her javelin is just so much fun :-)

It's interesting comparing my 'mere' 330 hour account to your 1800 hour account 😂 Comparatively, I have 153 travelers and only 5 (not free) A4s, and I don't think I've sharded anything (haven't used most stones either). Though I also wasn't the most ardent in getting the limited rubies... Hope your travels can continue!

Honestly most of my A4s were accumulated overtime, there's only very few that I actually exchanged for... Bargello, Prim EX, Canary, I think that's it? And I got A1 for Titi, Leon and Rondo I guess. I'm very much a "if they're not Yukes or already A4 I won't shard them" kind of player haha. My playtime is pretty inflated too as I work from home and would often leave the game running while working. But I did put a lot of time in, for this channel as well as I had to redo a bunch of content for video purposes too. It's been a good time in general tbh :-)
