what is the part number of this arp'stud kit? mine are too short if I put them to the bottom.. I need to turn some studs of the bottom to have enought room for the washer etc...

That's nuts what that trans did a JW transmission case will fix it not cheap and tailshaft loop or steal the ford trans and put behind 454 would be interesting

Should new pistons make a slight scraping sound when installed new and crank turned over by hand? I took out a piston to check rings, and they were all good. Makes me think this is normal but need second opinion. Cyclinder walls are clean too... it's very confusing

What are the chances of replacing these problematic alloy tech engines back to the good old eco tech 3.8 vs engine basically going backwards to a more reliable engine. I see so many good cheap vehicles for sale with (needs timing chains done)

No intention of ever building or even owning something with a Big Block in it, but Mick's knowledge and way he explains things makes it great viewing! I could easily watch a 1 hour+ long vid showing the machining beforehand.
