Amazing. This is probably the fourth time I’ve hurt the exact muscle you showed, doing the exact wrong technique you showed 😅 MUCH appreciated info. I’ll try to clean up my technique, once this muscle pull recovers 😮‍💨

So im 6ft and have long arms compared to the rest of my body, I get criticised for not pulling the bar all the way down to my chest. Here's the thing, even with an arch, in order to do that, my shoulders have to be virtually BEHIND my back at that depth. Don't listen to haters. Do what matches your body. Don't cheat with shallow reps either.

The inner part of my elbow pops. When I went to feel it, it felt like my tendon was in place when I had my arm in neutral position, but when i bent it its went up and over my bump on the right side of my left arms elbow. Any idea on how to work on stopping the pops and moving of my tendon?

You don't have to go East Asia (or Africa, indeed) to see ATG squatting. Toddlers and young children do it naturally all the time.

Mine happens from poor posture. My popping knees and ankles stopped as soon as I started straightening my neck by putting my chin down and standing up straight.

This is incredible, nearly instant relief from years of pain from lifting weights and boxes at work, not to mention long stretches of holding a mouse at my computer along with drumming. This video is a godsend.

For me its not a loud snapping noise, its like when I have done benching, or push ups or box pike push ups I get up I can feel the tendon get tight over the back of my elbow, and when I slowly move my arm it clicks and then my arm just moves freely as normal. I will admit a couple of years ago I did dislocate that elbow. From watching this video I suspect I do have tight shoulders as I train in CrossFit 5 days a week and tight shoulders is a problem I do have, despite stretching before and after every session. I have started using a foam roller and I dedicate some time to the shoulders and tricep. I will work on my shoulders more and see if the clicking stops. Thanks for posting the information is really useful.

When I roll my shoulders they snap, crackle and pop like bubble wrap. They've been like it for years. Bilateral bursitis probably doesn't help

2:38 Great video, I want to to ask if re-establishing that good posture is just putting your shoulders back and down as many of the physiotherapists says or the shrugging before that makes the difference here? Just want to know cuz when I do it with the shrugs I feel much more contraction between my shoulder blades than just putting them back and down.

🤣😂 oh boy. I've had joints that pop and click constistandly and repeated incessantly. I'm a little under 30 now and it's only gotten worse. Back to working manual labor 😂 I've been told I have extra stretchy tendons, and that's partially shown through two patella dislocations.

Great video! I’ve got a few questions. Maybe you could help me with them😀 What’s the benefit of doing a front squat rather than doing a back squad? With how much fingers do you prefer to hold the bar? Would you recommend two fingers or with the full hand? I feel like that I don’t lack mobility, but when doing the exercise my fingers feel really stretched in that position. How does it feel when you do it? Is a medium stretch there normal?

Bro, I snapped my left elbow 3 days ago. I was doing push-ups. I heard a "CLICK" I'm stubborn so I ignored it and finished my set. It swelled up a bit for 2 days It still hurts. Not as bad now on my 3rd day but I haven't been able to do a push-up yet. Should I wait a week?

I was bringing the bar to my chest, now my rotator is injured. So I'm trying about 1 inch or 2 , bar from chest, I think I am even a bit beyond 90 degree so I hope it counts

@daweller
@daweller 2 ай бұрын
@@CapUnlimited people who have been benching for years will have a bigger chest, therefore less distance from bar to chest. I am a beginner, so not a big chest, i.e. more distance

@@daweller I’m agreeing with you but bigger chest really only applies to people on gear if you natty your chest won’t grow that big enough change the distance

Thank you very much for this information. I spent months on wrist exercices and massages for my tight clicking wrist. Nothing seemed to alleviate the tightness. I started randomly massaging the rest of the forearm only to discover a tender spot halfway up the forearm on the ulnar side. Just one deep massage with heating ointment took away 60% of the tightness almost immediately.
