For some people it is glitched and one of the Sentinels respawns, requiring you to kill it again. So, make sure to check all four locations in case a Sentinel has respawned

They’re hard to miss, but still missable. You can get them through chapter select after you’ve beaten the game tho

How is this a "Platinum trophy guide"? I completed the game once on my own, once following this 'guide' and I still have 6 trophies missing. This isn't a trophy guide at all 🤣

Where did I say this is a "Platinum trophy guide" or even a guide in general? A 100% walkthrough doesn’t mean unlocking all trophies/achievements. In this game, it’s not possible to unlock all trophies in a single playthrough, as the Rebirth, Dog, and UFO endings, along with the two new Remake endings (which aren’t required for trophies), can only be unlocked in New Game+

THis game used to be a joke on pro setting. Now it's a fucking nightmare. The AI wins on scoring 80% of the time, no matter how careful you are, so you basically got to end them. Unreal bullshit

Did you complete the 1994 Throwback level as well? You also need to be connected to the internet and logged into your PSN account. If you've done all that and it's still not working, then I have no idea

It's kind of hard to explain in text form. First of all, the "Controller Tilt Assist" must be turned off in the Accessibility settings. Don’t turn it on like most people suggest, you won’t be as fast as with the motion controls. From there, it just takes practice. I hold the controller vertically, keeping my fingers close to the trigger buttons. As I tilt the controller left and right, the tilt naturally activates the triggers since my fingers are positioned so close. There are videos from Astro's Playroom on KZbin, and some of them use hand cams. Just type in "Astro's Playroom climbing run world record" if you want to see how it looks

If you have struggle with climbing so fast switch the settings from motion control too left stick. Then you just press R2 L2 too climb

If you have a dualsense edge controller, set the trigger back sliders to short presses, it makes this more manageable. Also go to options and change the accessibility options on the tilt to on so that you can use the left stick instead of tilt.

This was too easy..I beat it for both Bot's on the first try.. Hopefully some paid dlc coming soon thats another galexy with more regular levels and bosses, I now have all 315 Bots 🦾

Yeah, Astro Bot is great! I’d love to see as many DLCs as possible, whether I have to pay or not. But it should be new levels, not just new bots

To be honest, it's just practice. I still remember how to do it from Astro's Playroom. If you're really interested in learning how to climb fast, search "Astro's Playroom climbing run world record" on KZbin. You'll find some videos with hand cams demonstrating the technique. My run in this video isn't great tho, it was only my second attempt, so it can definitely be done much faster.

You shake the controller back and forth at the same time as pressing the L buttons and you’ll see it working then you’ll find a rhythm

Omg, thank God I'm a man of my word, cuz I would never wanna experience those bad endings, those were terrifying. What even happened there? Did the Nightmare trap him in a time loop? Was Siridean Seeker all along!? I have more questions than answers now lol. Anyways I just finished the game for a second time in order to get the platinum and it's safe to say that I'm truly in love with this game, it's story and especially it's characters. Both Red and Antea are just great and loved every bit of interaction between them. First time I played the game I went for the resurrection which felt right at the time but I have to admit the ascent just feels like the better thing to do, even though some of those morons make it really hard not to kill them... just like real life I guess lol.

Cool guide, thanks. As for the collectbles, they all can be gathered in the first level already. The satchel shortly after you find the laser whip. The chicken not far in front of the campfire before the first boss fight.

How well did you like this game? I played Quantum Error, and couldn’t even finish it cause of how rough it was at launch. This looks infinitely better, and way more fun to boot. Even if it looks a bit janky, it still looks better than the devs first game.

I personally didn’t enjoy the game, but maybe it’s just not my type. The only positives for me were the performance on PS5 (the game runs very smoothly), the fluid movement, and some decent platforming sections. However, most of the time, you’re just killing dinosaurs, which gets boring pretty quickly, at least for me. It doesn’t really have a story, and the enemy AI is pretty bad just like it was in Quantum Error. There’s much more I could critique if I were to replay it. For 30$, I wouldn’t recommend it, but since it's currently on sale for half price, if you think it might be your kind of game, it might be worth a try

@@paranoidandroid___1248Had it in my radars for a while. Bought it a few days ago. The game is basically an old N64 Turok with better graphics. Surprising diversity for enemies but still quite redundant over time. Had fun though.
