Hello mate Yes I indeed still own this car to this day. Bought it with approx 36,000 miles on the clocks and its around the 73,000 mark now. So around 12,000 per year. 3 years on and still going strong even with a stage 1 map bringing it from 180bph to 240bhp. Had minor problems including the button on the door that stopped working and needing new front ball joints and a blend door actuator (Heating/aircon). Both of these needed replacing around 70,000 Other than those minor things its been brilliant. Hope you enjoy yours and any more questions, feel free to ask. Thanks.

I thought of a Mountune mod for me also but I had that setup on my previous car (Fiesta S 1L ecoB) & had the quietest sports exhaust fitted along with, but because I'm old the added aggressive sound through the cabin soon wore thin so I'm thinking of staying boring & keeping my ST factory standard. Plus that added torque probably means extra contingency for tires. I hope you keep her a while longer especially as she's gotten lower than average milage cos these mkVll STs are only appreciating in value (being one of the most desirable of Fords hot hatches). I had to pay a wee extra for my ST cos she was sold through a dealer but mainly because at the time she had the lowest mileage of any ST on sale (double checked through 'CarVerticle'), (66 plate, 21,000 miles) & was in pristine condition. I also think the ST3 model is worth paying a wee extra for, too...don't you?! I enjoyed your video. I've subbed 🥳

Apparently they were designed to have a nice sound Yamaha also developed the Sigma units (1.25,1.4,1.6 & 1.7) think they are much better lasting than the Fox 1.0 Ecoboost engines higher power in a smaller engine means less reliability.

Can’t remember but I’d say it would of been 4th or 5th because that’s what I tend to put it in now depending on the road.

I dont know what you exactly mean but when i test drove it before buying it, the clutch was kind of different when it was different but after owning it for a while, it just feels normal.

Yes. This is my second car. Bought it in February 2020.

Always said that I will make more POV videos but recently I've lost my Gopro in a waterfall from doing a wild swim but ill be looking into buying another maybe a cheaper one because i do like doing these POV's.

You have to get them sprayed at a body shop. Cost me £200 but I was also getting a scratch removed on the back of the car. Think it looks better when it’s the same colour as the car. See too many with just black brows. Just my opinion though.

I don’t have this car anymore but I think I’ve took it to around 75mph on the motorway for overtaking obviously. I had no problems on the motorway. The only thing is that it’s only got 5 gears and it revs at 3500rpm-4000rpm at 70mph. If that doesn’t bother you then you probably won’t have any issues.

Channel I owned the car for two years and I wanted more power so I thought I think it’s time to get a new car than to spend money on the mk6 to get it faster. It was a hard decision to sell it but I keep in contact with who bought it off me.

Jay Q Yes it’s a good first car. I payed £1800 pound for my first car and it never let me down. The only things that went wrong is the handles to get into the back seats and the front window regulator. Both are a common issue on the fiesta. If you do happen to come across these issues, the handles are an easy fix but the window regulator, well that was a pain to do but me and my dad managed to do it.

Max Morris Hi mate, thanks for subscribing. I can’t find your comment on a different video saying that you wanted to know if the fiesta mk6 was a good car for a 17 year old. (I’m using the KZbin app on my phone). Well I do think it’s a great car for someone who’s just passed. Cheap to insure and run. Great handling car for what it is and they can even look and sound good with a few modifications. Boot space is even bigger enough to fit 2 bikes in,(obviously front wheels off and back seats down). I bought mine as my first car at 19 and it never let me down.
