What's the hole at the top, I always feel like it needs a cover coz it spreads dust all over, unless I'm using mine the wrong way

Hi, the hole at the top is the blower port, it blows out air, you can connect the hose there when you want to the blowing function. Personally I have never used it. I don't think you should cover it though as blowing out the air helps to cool the motor.

I have been debating. But I have decided to go with nutricook because of the stainless steel pot. Hizo zingine kama non-stic have a coating of PTFE polymer, which, as I have researched, causes testicular and kidney cancer, affects reproductive capability, and reduces the immune system. Avoid the non-stick coated pots, no matter how cheap they are. Use stainless steel.

Hi, if you have only had it for a month maybe you can enquire from the distributer you got it from on the way forward, they can help you or atleast put you in contact with someone from ramtons. You can also try to contact ramtons directly using the number on their website.

No, you don't have to use rinse aid and salt if you have the 3 in 1 tablets because they already contain the salt and rinse aid. However, if you live in a place with hard water I would suggest adding the salt anyway just to make sure the machine runs well and will not suffer any damage.
