Before cooking on the pressure cooker, soak the cereals. I do my beans in 20-25 mins having soaked for 1-2hrs. Githeri in 30 mins, ndengu in 7 mins.all presoaked.

When presoak it’s best to add some baking soda so it will remove the gasses
