This is not the way to go. The risk of injury is very high. If you get yourself hurt you can forget about hiking for a long time. You could easily damage your spine, hips or knees. Do not engage in this kind of stupidity.

Just watched this video after doing 100 pushups in about 15 min. I’m currently 140lbs at 6’0 Feet. I’m very slim and am hoping doing at least 500 a day will build more mass. Although not sure if I should focus more on my calorie intake or how many push ups I’m doing.

Hello, I wanted to take a moment to address some of the concerns raised about finding a more comfortable alternative to traditional weighted vests. I’m Michael Sinclair, CEO of EleBands, and we’ve design luxury, all-day wearable body weights for your ankles, wrists, and waist. Like the comments reflect, many people experience discomfort or back pain when using weighted vests during activities like walking or exercising. That’s why we developed a full-body weight system that distributes weight more evenly, allowing for a more natural and comfortable experience. This even distribution not only reduces strain but also enhances the effectiveness of your workouts. Each part of your body benefits from the added resistance, promoting balanced toning and strengthening. Our weights range from 3 to 30 pounds and are available in a variety of colors, styles and can blend seamlessly into your attire for workouts, home or office. Check them out here: elebands.com 💥 If you decide to get them, i created a code for this group - you can use 20% off discount code: DM20%OFF P.S. Even Phil Handy, Former LA Lakers coach said our bands are great - watch his video here: elebands.com/view-video/phil-handy-former-la-laker-coach You have to see them, they look so sexy, we even have ones filled with tungsten and incased in Italian leather.
