Bought 2 different types of double suction tools for $45.00 Canadian. Neither worked. I assume the fake wood grain texture explains it's inability to attain suction. Now to attempt the double sided tape option

Thank you so much for this tip it worked brilliant on our gorgeous walnut table with a gravy boat mark on it! It took me a while to find the right heat , on my iron that was the wool setting and like magic it came off.

What if the stain was caused by a hot iron in the first place? I had a wrinkled table cloth and thought I could go over it with my iron-I had a towel underneath-but it still put two iron shaped heat marks on the table! I've seen this method, but I'm afraid to use it. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I had a good size white/cloudy mark on my wood table, about 5" x 2" (not sure how it got there). I tried the iron technique and it didn't emove the stain. I then applied steam to it and it came out completely! I wish I had taken before and after pictures!

I am MIL of Rica - We had a large white heat mark on our dining table from a hot casserole dish. I viewed the video and was skepical, but used a dry iron first; it did nothing, so I tried the steam iron, and within minutes all the white heat stain had disappeared. YAY, YAY Thanks for sharing this UTube video

Injecting steam is a bad idea, makes the problem worse. Iron is okay, but no steam.

My Honeywell is an older version...looks basically the same as the one here but has an electric pilot that glows hot and ignites the gas. Problem is the electric pilot doesn't glow anymore and I have to manually light the gas every time the furnace goes off. Could anyone let me know what to do? Can I just buy an electric pilot light replacement and install it myself?

My furnace doesn’t have it doesn’t have any buttons it’s an automatic, so what would I do in that case?
