I use to fall asleep during class because it was absolutely dry/boring lectures, I have mental issues that cause insomnia & anxiety at night that I never got help for till adulthood. It was nothing personal, just my brain said “we can learn later” and that’s exactly what I did. So despite sleeping in some classes more than others I studied a little but after school by doing online games, doodling comic strips, and watching funny educational videos about the subject that was being taught in class and did well. Now I do college online and at my own pace so it’s more accommodating… and I don’t have to set an alarm (unless I’m working though I usually work with animals so it’s fun) and I don’t have to study as long.

Enactment repealed as a Judgement by Justice M Sasidharan Nambiar case no RSA 164/2005 dated 8th july 2011 Enactment repealed was KLR Act (1963) section 132(2)(iii) Malabar Tenency Act 1929 RSA 164/2005 was by SA 566/92 dated 10th december 2003 reported in KLT 2004(1) 26 SN case no 31(wrongly reported) This is happened in Kerala high court India. This case is pending in Supreme court of India more than a decade
