If I'm not mistaken, I think that's the windows equivalent of iMovie so you probably could! I'd say find a program that you're comfortable with and play around with it a bit to get used to it. Don't be afraid to look up some tutorials too!

It depends what software you're using! I use iMovie so all I had to do was click add audio and use a song that I downloaded. I'd advise just playing around with whatever you have to see what works best for you

Mr Reclaimer 117 Not all of it is but the parts that are sped up was so it was kept in time with the music or so other parts (like the slower parts) didn't fall out of time due to pacing!
