I'm so excited for you!!❤️I'm almost 29 weeks pregnant with baby#3, and I still Googled all the symptoms in early pregnancy😅with this one my nausea was, for the most part, pretty okay as long as I ate but the thing that kicked my butt was the extreme exhaustion lol😂I'm looking forward to all your videos🥰

I have endometriosis and am tired of taking birth control pills non stop, so i decided to use iud. I chose Kyleena because of its smaller size, and l hope it works for me to stop my period as well.

Awe I really hope it works for you as well!! Give it a good chance if the first few months aren't great, I've heard from many that your body adjusting to it can take a few months! 🥰

OH NOOO! Yes it is VERY large (but that's why it works so well for me)! I'm not sure! I only have this brown one and it does have pink on the inside. Can you return?!

Does not work for me as I have IT bands in my knees I had bilateral knee surgery last year. Of course you know us ladiea the bigger the bag the more we pack in. I have got my eyes set on the berry commuter backpack.

We're not holding it for hours. This is a 1-5 minute practice to replicate contractions, which is perfectly safe as long as there are no neurological or circulatory pathologies.

I got my Kyleena IUD yesterday morning and it was so painful… I almost passed out! And I wasn’t told to take anything before. I took 400mg ibuprofen afterwards and still was in pain almost all day 😩 I’m still having cramps, but I am able to do some of my usual activities… I hope it improves in the next days…

I was told to take 800mg of Ibuprofen 1-2 hours prior. The procedure was unpleasant, but fast and highly tolerable.

I would say mine was about the same. I'm shocked that many are not told to take any pain killers or anything.

@yourperinatalAT I was not told either. I searched and based on my internet research i took a ibuprofen before. My doctor used local anesthesia as well. It was very fast, I had both insertion and pop test at the same time. However, I felt two bad cramps and after the process during the day also had several more. but totally toleratable. Just like a normal period

U were lucky bc I didn’t get anything and I didn’t even know I could have gotten anything, bc it wasn’t offered & I felt like I was going to jump off the lab bed. And my insertion take abt. 5mins. I felt like I was going to faint. THE WORST PAIN/CRAMP. Glad ur process went smooth.

I'm discovering that this is super variable depending on where it's done. Where I live (Ontario), if you ask, they'll give you something. For removal, they recommend to take a couple extra strength ibuprofen and there's a numbing spray they can use for your cervix, but idk if they only do that for people who ask 🤷🏼♀️ I wish the standard of care could be the same for everyone!! Where was yours done?

They used numbing on my cervix but I also took Advil and a sedative before the procedure, I had no idea I was going to have numbing also I was on day 5 of my period so my cervix was partially open, I felt no pain

Girl your soooo stunning honestly 😍, you got a pretty pair of birks as well , one time I had taken off my birks when I got home and my partner kept laughing and saying how gross they made the house smell and how they stink of cheese , I said “oh god imagine if you take a big whiff of my sandals and then you start complaining and roasting me for my foot odor and stinky sandals” x

Awe thanks! Mine do not smell at all, I've been wearing Birkenstocks for over 15 years and I don't think I've ever noticed any of them smell 🤔🤔

I was! But I'll be straight up, it took me a few years to get to the point of consistency to do it, once I got there and my nutrition and hormones were in check, I lost it in about 5 months! I followed my exercise with the phases of my cycle, that's what worked the best for me!

I have been looking at getting a Kyleena IUD, so this video has been very helpful! Getting birth control isn't something that I'm very excited about; I've been putting it off for perhaps too long. I'm hoping one IUD will be a good stop gap for me to save money for a tubal ligation. Thanks for going into a ton of detail. Watching (positive) videos has been a real help in alleviating my fear.

It's so hard because every single person's experience can be so different! Glad I could be a voice in the positive realm for you. Know that you can have a positive experience, and if you don't, it's a fairly easy process to get it out. My suggestion - if you're having a hard time, wait it out for a few months and see if things settle, if not, try something else!

I’ve had my birks for over nearly 3 years now and wear them everywhere even with socks to the gym but they actually look soo gross to look at given how my footprints are completely imbedded on them to the point they’ve turned black and they stink soo badly of cheese and onion

I have naturally more oily skin so mine turn black very quickly, I think these took maybe a few months to be very dark lol! I love when they are finally nice and moulded yo my feet so they fit like a glove!
