You're aware that In Divinity 2 you can pretty much romance whatever companion you want regardless of gender hell YOU CAN BE AN UNDEAD and STILL romance people lol! I can't understand this blind "gamer™" rage to representation, which ironically enough isn't even accurate because it's content that you've likely liked but you're selectively acknowledge it as "new" when it isn't. Sorry to say bigots tend not to make art because their too buys bitching about those who create great art and it not matching up to their closed minded world views. 2024 works on the original dark souls 2 as well with DS4windows. just launch the game make sure the controller is set to xbox360 profile not any pc keys mapped on controller. hold the power button the controller turns off then turn it on again once it connects to the pc then ds4 just move the analog sticks it works. thank you so much for this now I can play ds2 with a ps4 controller.

After beating the game with 2 man and 4 man parties at normal and tactician I tried two lone wolfs on honor mode. I think I bit off more than I could chew. When I hit Boreas I realized I had next to no melee power strong enough to take him down. I can't figure because I beat him fairly easy in 2 man wolf tactician mode. The failed team relied a lot on wands and I think that was my undoing. I'm going to go back to basics with a 4 man team on honor mode. I died on Boreas and feel your pain!

I know this is an old clip but can some one help me with a graphical glitch i got the GOG version of the game. The night day transition is not working for me , the night and day cycle happens instantly and want to have the gradual change. The game looks beautiful with it. A few years late to the party, and not sure how much has changed, but these tips were really good since i kinda got into the game and finnished the game on normal with premade characters, now i wanna try higher diff. But when you talk about your sniper using 6 AP for each shot, don't you use the best snipers? (for me those cost 7 AP per shot) ahh yes, later when you looted the agent-2000 rifle, i saw the AP cost used to be lower.

Sorry dude, this was great up until you mentioned the cheat glitch. Small gains true, but probably significant in SJ mode. Still I’m looking forward to the difficulty once I finish with my first play through!

Me playing the game for the first time as a mage...one shot by champions in mobs. Watch a retrospective, dude says the game is balanced for melee. I watch this video, find out you get one shot by mobs even as melee and you need spells. You know what, i am not playing this game.

So basically once everything is 40 its useless to continue leveling unless you want the pretty higher numbers on your stats lol

Many mods fall prey to the temptation of making their own content just a bit too OP, much like with DLC. It creates a new balance that obsolesces the vanilla game content.

How did you increase your movement speed

Basic soliders so trash. I always pick reaper first. He can solo annihilate one squad without losing stealth. Also great scout. Without they legend unbeatable. My fav is templar.

I'm not a fan of the Odincore skills either; they're just way too OP.

The way Action Points are computed is confusing. The reason the Action Points you get out of Strength and Speed etc seem to move around is because of the way your ranger's AP per round are computed. The formula is: AP = 3 + Coordination/2 + (Strength + Speed + Intelligence)/4 The AP gotten from the different parts of that formula are individually rounded DOWN in all cases, so you cannot get an extra AP by adding a half point here and a half point there. I find it's best to have an even number in Coordination and to always make sure that the sum of your Strength, Speed, and Intelligence adds up to a whole number multiple of 4. Sometimes you want more Intelligence, for the Skill points, sometimes you want Speed for the various benefits that confers (not the least of which is Combat Initiative), sometimes you want Strength for melee characters. I would advise people to not to go below 8 AP at character creation. The best sniper rifles and assault rifles need 7AP to shoot. I usually end up putting 4s and 8s in Strength, Speed, and Intelligence. If I want the guy to have more skill points, the 8 goes in Intelligence, if I want them to be faster I put it in Speed, and sometimes I just want other stuff more and put 4s in all three of those stats. It all depends. Combat Initiative is also important, because the higher your CI is, the earlier and more OFTEN you get turns in combat. The formula for Combat Initiative is: CI = 5 + Awareness + Speed/2 and here again all fractions are rounded down. I like to try to give everyone a Combat Initiative around 13+, but the Leadership guy, who needs Charisma, generally has to give up some amount of CI and/or AP and/or skill points in order to make Leadership work. I like to make one guy who has baller Combat Initiative by giving him 8 in Speed and 8 in Awareness. The guy who takes Leadership (and you only want one, because Leadership bonuses gained by squad members do not stack) does not gain the Leadership buffs himself, so you COULD give him Raised in the Circus and you gain +5% Evasion without really losing anything. Apart from that, I agree that Two-Pump Chump and Brittle Bones are the only Quirks worth even thinking about, all the rest is really a lot more downside than upside. I think it's better to give everyone like 1 skill rank in Field Medic and Surgeon than it is to have one medical specialist. There aren't Field Medic or Surgeon skill checks in the game, so ranks in those two skills only allow you to use better first aid kits and surgical kits, which just do more healing per dose or revive you with milder debuffs, etc. By the time you get to the late game, when you have bigger and better healing items, you may have enough skill points to spend on raising everyone's Field Medic or Surgeon a little bit. I like to start everyone with 1 skill rank in their gun of choice, 1 rank in either Surgeon or Field Medic, 1 rank in each of their personal non-combat skills they're going to do, and then I like to take one superfluous rank in either Heavy Weapons or Sniper Rifles. The single rank in Heavy Weapons starts that guy with a spare machine gun, which you can immediately sell, two Pipe Bombs, which you can sell or keep for use in combat, and a fairly large amount of 5.56 ammo, which the Assault Rifle guys can use. Starting a guy with a rank in Field Medic gives him 5 first aid kits, which are handy as well, and Surgeon gives you one surgical kit, which are handy to have.

Destroying stairs might be a good strategy. That way, non teleporting aliens will have to either take fall damage(not sure if they can do that intentionally), or stay on the top from where they might not be able to attack xcom soldiers.
