Never thought of removing the "shadowed" particles, great idea. Great tutorial so far! If your following along save yourself some time and when you make the "OUT_PANELS" node copy the ATTRIBUTE CREATE (id_floor) Node you made and past it before the OUT_PANELS and change its name to id_panels. Otherwise you will have to re-bake everything later down the road if you skip this!!!!!

I am having some trouble around the 12 minute mark of this chapter, while trying to wedge my ropgeometry. It's saving as one file rather than separate ones for each building. Any ideas why this might be?

Just a quick note for those newbies like myself who are following along with a newer version of Houdini. There are a few nodes along the way that have been replaced or deprecated in newer versions, like 'partition' which has been replaced with 'Groups from Name' which just requires selecting the name attribute desired to be turned into new groups with the same name.
