I Usually adjust based on how good I can perform each exercise at high intensity with less mistakes, if it needs 3,4 reps or even more

Your abilities will not change a lot wearing different boots it’s just about which boot makes you feel more natural A good player can play in any boots. I feel much more natural in my shooting and in my game wearing the crazy fast or F50s

Do they stretch over time? I have a bit of wide foot, I tried them in a size up but still felt too tight. I went with the Tiempo Legend 10 Academy size up to fit me, but they're a bit lengthy I don't like the extra space

May be a little bit, but not too much so if They are tight on your feet. I don’t recommend you getting them instead. I would recommend you trying the mercurials which get more comfortable on your feet or Adidas F50

Nice raw video, I was planning to buy an academy version. You are not using hi mumbo jumbo vocabulary that's what makes this video good. People at unisports basically put Elites on pedestal and then compare it to the academy no one is giving complete UX on the Academy boots. Cheers mate

Wdym if you have wide feet buy tiempos they are way more narrow than mercurials

If you have wide feet you will need to size up. I'm a size 10, I bought the indoor version as a size 10, the sides of my feet were getting numb and feeling in pain. The size 11 fit like a glove, but i had like a side thumb of space left in the front of the shoe. So they ended up fitting like regular shoes.
