This is the second part of 7 day body feint challenge in this series you will learn 7 variations of body feints to beat players 1v1 In this Video I will be teaching you how to do the specific body feint that was explained in the video to beat players 1v1 in football, I go over some practical and useful exercises to help you master that specific body feint and become a better player at those 1v1 situations.

Hi! I've been watching your videos on the body feint technique in football, and I really appreciate the insights you've shared, especially about the importance of the shoulder drop. However, there's one aspect that I'm still trying to fully understand. You mentioned that when performing a body feint to the right, one should drop the left shoulder, and vice versa for a feint to the left. This seems to differ from most tutorials I've watched, which suggest dropping the shoulder on the same side as the feint direction. For example, in many videos of Messi performing body feints, it appears he drops the shoulder towards the direction of the feint. Could you please clarify this point? Is there a reason for this difference in techniques? I'm keen to learn more and improve my skills, so any further explanation would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hello dear friend, when preforming a body feint to beat the defender especially when you have preformed your pre fake the defender becomes eager to commit in the direction of your fake but good defenders always wait until you make your move and look at your core and your chest, the reason we say drop the opposite shoulder is because when you do so your chest and core is facing in the direction of the fake in result when this move combines with the pre fake it becomes very powerful and forces the defender to fully commit ( if you are able to execute it well enough with lots of practice and repetition) then it is easier for you to exploit the opposite direction of the defender

It is essential to have a great diet as a footballer especially if you are planning to do it in a professional level because your body is performing for you, and you want to take maximum care of it regarding your question I might be putting some content on a diet as well
