One important thing. Castle of this size may be hard to defend by small team. Sometimes less is more. If we have small group small castle with good defense design may be better option.

I may be a bit late to this but i just started a new game and am building this tower at the same spot, though i decided to put it a bit moire forward since there's a little rise just behind the beach and also i widened it so there's more space in the workshop area below, i'm keeping the tower at the same size though i will give it a kind of roof on the sundeck so there's some shade there.
